Curtis Barger and Fikir Toru were amazing sales reps. I negotiated a price on-line and when I got there and they were getting the paperwork ready we were chatting and when I mentioned that I was retired military they knocked an additional $500 off the price. They could have easily just said the discount was part of the negotiated price since I had mentioned it in my email exchanges but they didn't, the honesty was extremely refreshing. This was the second car I've purchased from this dealership and the last experience in 2020 was just as good. I highly recommend both the dealership and Curtis and Fikir. Definitely give them a call if you are looking for a Honda.

Herb Gordon SubaruReviews
Herb Gordon Subaru review
I've had consistently excellent experiences over the past seven years bringing my car to Herb Gordon Subaru, especially due to my Service Advisor Vitaliy Khlebnikov. He's been thorough and clear explaining needed repairs, and has taken me into the service bay to meet and talk with the technicians. Best of all his calm, professional approach and reliable communication have made my service visits the least stressful of any I've experienced. The technicians have all been excellent, and the ability to get timely appointments is major plus. And I very much appreciate the free loaner!

My experience with Wendell was nothing short of amazing. He was patient , kind and extremely knowledgeable. He got me into an amazing suv with the exact one I wanted. My process was quick and not dreadful how it can be at other dealerships. I will come back to work with him if and when I need a new vehicle! He was the absolute best
2024 Honda HR-V review
Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

Alexandria Toyota review
My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. I ended up at Alexandria Toyota. Never in my life have I met so many nice and wonderful people in one place and never has such a huge process been so easy! The manager, the finance team and all the salespeople were all just top notch, and I am so glad I chose them to help me start a new chapter in my life! Special shout out to Tre Neal who made sure I got everything I wanted in a new car and even went all the way to Maryland to personally pick up my new ride!!! Thank you everyone at Alexandria Toyota you all made one of the worst weeks of my life, the best and man did yall sell me some super sexy wheels, LOVE IT!!!!!

2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

I will say, the staff with Sheehy went the extra mile for us buying our daughter a car. It was a lengthy drive that I made them aware of first off so they knew my time was important. They did a great job helping us out and making the deal work for us, even to the point of delivering the car to us, which was a huge load off our shoulders being nearly 4 hrs away. Our daughter loves the car and I will make sure to check with them again for future needs.

Yesterday I called around 11 o?clock and asked if I can come in for an oil change. The guy did not hesitate. He was able to get me an appointment for 1230. I dropped my car off on time was greeted well and they told me it would be an hour and a half. An hour later, they called me and told me that I needed something extra done which was not an issue. They said a really cool video to show me what was going on. I approved it signed it and in 30 minutes my car was ready. I have always enjoyed Honda Owings mills because of the customer service and I will continue to go.

My husband and I are very pleased with our recent purchase of a 2023 Honda CR-V with the help of Amirah Holland. We were shown a nice option of automobiles and feel we landed on the best for our needs and budget. Amirah was warm and knowledgeable. She heard what we needed and did not push us into a more expensive car. We are absolutely loving our new Honda! (And, yes, we were just going to do a test drive, but we fell in love with the way it felt to drive the CR-V) We were also really happy with the financing.

Awesome experience! Team over really looked for me and made sure I was satisfied and received the vehicle I wanted!
2024 Honda HR-V review
So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

Group 1 Honda Owings MillsReviews
Group 1 Honda Owings Mills review
I had an excellent experience with Mr. Queen at Honda! From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the service process, and made sure I understood what my vehicle needed without making me feel pressured. What stood out most was his customer service. Mr. Queen made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another appointment. He was knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Honda is fortunate to have a service representative like Mr. Queen. Excellent customer service makes such a difference, and he definitely delivered. I would absolutely recommend asking for Mr. Queen when you need your vehicle serviced. **10/10 experience!**

CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

Easterns Nissan of White MarshReviews
Easterns Nissan of White Marsh review
Looking for your next vehicle online? This is the Way! So many things have changed in the past few years in the vehicle shopping process, but the team at Nissan of White Marsh is doing things right. I was shopping for my Frontier for over 5 months, and I was being patient to find the right vehicle at the right price. So many dealerships are quick to throw a number on a car-buying site; you can imagine what happens when you try to ask questions or confirm details- let alone talk price. Brice and the sales team at Nissan of White Marsh treated me with respect and patience even though I wasn't in the building. The transparency, integrity, and ease of communication with Jason in finance made an online and phone interaction feel like a 'hand shake deal'. They checked every box and answered every inquiry. In the end, the Value and Trust earned made it an easy decision to FLY FROM FLORIDA to do business here. If you are shopping online and want peace of mind with your major purchase- I hope that this review speaks to you. Nissan of White Marsh will treat you right and make the experience one to boast about. This is how it is supposed to be!
