CarShop Mt. HollyReviews
CarShop Mt. Holly review
I would like to take the time to recognize the sales manager "Danny" who turned a very unpleasant sales situation from one sales rep. to going above and beyond to make sure I was treated with respect and like a valued customer when the final purchase was all said and done. Not only did he apologize & remedy what was wrong, he followed up with new policy & procedures so that this doesn't happen again in the future. He made and kept his promises of having my new car sparkling with a big red bow when I came to pick it up after the previous sales rep, dropped the ball on the whole customer experience. He remained in contact to make sure all things associated with getting my car ready were implemented, which was truly appreciated. Danny was pleasant, and never gave an attitude whenever I called to check-up on the progress. The professionalism he displayed speaks volumes. I would recommend "The Carshop of Mt. Holly" to all of my friends, co-workers, family, or anyone who is looking to purchase a new/used car and wants A-1 treatment from start to finish.

I was set on what I wanted. I made it so clear to Douglas P. That I wanted nothing more than to pick a car buy the car and be out. I started the process online Doug got me the best pricing and made the rest of the car buying process even easier! The only hiccup we had was the battery in the car, but once that was taken care of ; I did a test drive signed papers and was out the dealer within a hour.

Service advisor Mike Jenkins was outstanding! I took my Honda Accord there on a late Saturday morning with no appointment due to an emergency situation (sudden low tire pressure warning). He had me in and out in a little over an hour. He could not have been any more understanding, cooperative and “customer friendly”! I give him and this dealership five stars at every level! I plan on going there for all of my car service needs.

2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

John mckeen did the service on my 2019 CRV. I had a problem with my AC and it was blowing hot air after a repair. He went out of his way to make things right when he didn’t have to. I was unaware of access to a warranty. I can’t say enough good things about John and the Honda team. Great job!

Burke Motor GroupReviews
Burke Motor Group review
Burke had a good selection of trucks on there lot. I called and spoke to Scott who was my salesman. We went over all the question I needed answer on. Scott was informative on the truck i was looking at. We talked numbers where I needed to be and he made it happen. I'm still trying to get use to with todays technology. I think there's to much unnecessary gadgets to learn, but that's me. Overall I'm satisfied with Burke and Scott for a beautiful GMC truck.

Mike Piazza HondaReviews
Mike Piazza Honda review
I don’t usually write reviews but this needed to be put out there!! After years of disappointing experiences at most dealerships I walked into Mike Piazza Honda expecting more of the same. Instead I found something completely different. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. Ryan and the entire team made me feel like a person, not just another customer walking through the door. They took the time to listen, answered every question without making me feel rushed and never once made me feel pressured. I came in carrying a lot of stress and uncertainty, and I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. By the time I left, I felt a sense of relief and confidence that I hadn't felt in a long time. It's rare to find a business where people truly care about helping others, but that's exactly the feeling I got here. The manger and the staff really helped me out!!! They went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, worked with me every step of the way, and treated me well and were so honest. In a world where genuine customer service seems harder and harder to find, Mike Piazza Honda reminded me that there are still businesses that believe in doing right by people. They didn't just help me with a vehicle they restored a little of my faith that exceptional customer service still exists. Thank you to everyone at Mike Piazza Honda for turning what I thought would be another stressful experience into one I'll always remember with gratitude. I'll gladly recommend you to my friends, family, and anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts people first.

Colonial Nissan Inc.Reviews
Colonial Nissan Inc. review
Met salesman Bob Gray when walking on lot. He allowed us to walk around without pressuring us. Found car and test drove and went over in it in detail. Cleared some questions up we had. Went back after new years and car was ready to go upon arrival. Settlement was fast and easy. Just the way buying a car should be. No pressure about buying and no upselling anything! Perfect. I will buy again.

Pointe GMC review
Best dealership I have ever done business with. Fantastic straightforward experience. Greg was a great salesman, Jeff was a great manager, and Kristian the finance manager saved me money. Great inventory of new and used cars. I was surprised how many non GM used cars they had which all looked very clean.
2024 Honda HR-V review
Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

Autolenders Fairless HillReviews
Autolenders Fairless Hill review
As usually I received excellent service from Marshal (Sales Rep) and Santiago. I just purchased my 7th car from them. I go in, pick my car out, and out the door. They only asked once if I wanted any extras and no pressure sales like other dealerships. The process at Autolenders is the easiest car purchase experience you can have. You don't have to block your entire day out and have your keys of your trade-in held hostage while you "negotiate" the deal. Their inventory is plentiful with good used cars. Keep in mind all there car are lease returns or customer trades. NO AUCTION CARS!! My wife is very happy with her car and everyone knows how that goes, Happy Wife, Happy Life.
2024 Honda HR-V review
So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.
