I have never bought a car this fast and easy. I sent Neeman the car I was interested in. We agreed on all the details, he had the paperwork ready and car cleaned and detailed for me when I got there. I was in and out. Thank you so much.

Goudy HondaReviews
Goudy Honda review
I visited 6 dealerships in a month prior to arriving to Goudy Honda. All other dealers where unwilling to work a deal. As the last dealer on my list, I arrived at Goudy. Pete and his staff from the beginning made sure I was taken care of. Tim made sure I was well informed with the vehicle and different models in inventory. He made sure I was well informed with the vehicle I was interested prior to my purchase. They worked with me in crunching the numbers and got the greatest deal!! By far over the top service I have ever experienced in my 4 prior vehicle purchases. Don’t get fooled by the largest sellers in the world or the biggest. Come visit Pete, Tim and the crew at Goudy and leave happy and satisfied that you are taken care of, well informed, and get the best deal on your new purchase. I did! Thank you Goudy, Pete, Tim and crew

I have been taking my car to be serviced here for over nine years. This past Wednesday, I took my Honda Civic 2016 for an oil change. Every time I go for an oil change, Mr.Guillermo H. Hernandez always welcomes me with a smile, checks the information of my car, and asks me if there are any concerns or worries about my car.The automobile technician Cesar M. is an excellent technician. I want to thank them both for taking care of my vehicle. Happy Holidays!

Airport Marina HondaReviews
Airport Marina Honda review
I’d like to extend the highest commendation for Lyle Ota Service Manager, Airport Marina Honda. Lyle is to be commended for the excellent services and his leadership of a great team. I brought my Honda Accord into the Service Department around 8am Friday, April 11, 2023, and was given an approximate time of completion, and so it was, as discussed. The quality of these things are certainly exemplary of the quality of service that Airport Marina Honda demands. Thank you, Lyle, Thank you Airport Marina Honda. Additionally, I’d like to commend Service Advisor, Irawan Soegono, for his proficiency and excellence. He explained the issues and services very well, and to my satisfaction. He was gracious in escorting me to the Reception Desk, where I was assisted by Mary Neal, in order to sign up for the shuttle. Mary Neal and shuttle driver, Gabriel are commended highly for their efficiency and professionalism. I am so appreciative for Airport Marina Honda and for all of the great services that were provided. To that end, I will continue to refer folk from my network to Airport Marina, whenever the needs arise. With warmest appreciation and gratitude, Bettie Jo

Ocean Honda of WhittierReviews
Ocean Honda of Whittier review
I’ve been coming to this Honda dealer location since 2008. A long time, loyal customer. When I took my vehicle in this week for multi inspection oil change, I was provided friendly, attentive service and my car was given the attention it needed. Krystal, service advisor, provided me with a detailed, thorough report on my SUV (my Pilot is 21 years old and still runs great!) and gave me extra points to keep in mind as to the care to continue give my SUV over time to ensure it stays in great shape. The service is Five Star… I would have given a 5 star, but in learning the dealer no longer offers car wash service, it was a bit disappointing. As a customer, there’s nothing like that feeling of always loving to drive away with a clean car after the car has had work done. But nevertheless, Ocean Honda Service and advisors on board know their stuff with years of experience behind them. Thank you Service team.
2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

Excellent dealership with great inventory and staff. Just bought a third car (2027 CRV Touring hybrid) with them through a very generous trade-in process. They truly reward loyalty.

Honda World WestminsterReviews
Honda World Westminster review
I recently went to the Honda dealership in Westminster a couple of days ago because my sliding door was having issues—and of course, it was raining that day. I want to give a big thank you to my service advisor, Renae Franco. She was super nice, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even though my sliding door wouldn’t close and it was raining, Renae went above and beyond by wrapping the entire door with a plastic nylon cover so rain wouldn’t get inside my van while I drove home. She didn’t have to do that, but she did anyway, and I really appreciated the extra care. A few days later, I called back to follow up and spoke with a supervisor named Henry. He was also very professional and took the time to work with me to help resolve the issue. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. After this experience, I feel confident trusting this Honda dealership with my vehicle. They’re honest, professional, and willing to work with customers—something you don’t find at every dealership. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

CarMax HendersonReviews
CarMax Henderson review
I’m officially a CarMax fan for life! If I could give this team more than 5 stars, I would. My entire experience—from the high-energy sale to the incredible post-purchase service—has been top-tier. The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. Despite the logistical hurdles, Mark worked tirelessly to make the car available for me to buy that same day. He then handed us off to Briana M., and the rest was history! A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!
