My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.
The sales and business staff went out of their way to make the process hassle-free. My salesman, Mu, was very efficient and straightforward--a pleasure to work with. He helped navigate a complicated trade-in.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I came to this dealer To lease a Honda SI and my man here dealt with everything perfectly!! He???s fast at what he does. I was having trouble with my insurance sending some paperwork and he made sure the insurance sent it on time so that I can get the car the day I wanted!! He goes above and beyond when it comes to helping the customer!! Give my man a raise. He deserves it!
Purchased a new CR-V today and had the pleasure of dealing with John Fitz the senior sales rep. The entire time spent there I never once felt like I was dealing with a salesman. It was first time in almost 50 years I felt comfortable buying a new car as if from a family member or friend. Never pressured me and pretty gave what I asked for in reguards to my trade. Rich Sr. Was a pleasure to deal with and made the process so simple. These guys are a class act and I would highly recommend them.
Tofik was excellent and I can recommend him to any of my friends. The long wait for the finance office was aggravating. You shouldn't have to wait over an hour to pay!! The dealership is clean and everyone is courteous. One big complaint, is they can not put an inspection sticker on your vehicle. So another wait at a service station for an inspection sticker.
We have been looking for weeks and were considering if there was an SUV out there within our budget. We had just left another dealership and decided to head over to Siko Honda as a last resort. We saw a 2015 Kia Sportage online and came in for a test drive. The facility was clean and the SUV looked great but we were not feeling the first salesman or the price. We were ready to walk out the door until we met Emilio!
Emilio took his time and answered all of our questions even though they were closing. My wife was not content with the first test drive, so so we took it for another test drive when we came back two days later to close the deal. I appreciate Emilio being honest and straight up with us for that is rare! If we had not ran into him, we would have not bought the car!
I had a great experience at Silko Honda. If you go there, ask for Emilio Silva. He is knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. I’m not the easiest customer to deal with when I’m trying to buy a new vehicle and Emilio dealt with me in a professional and friendly manner. He kept working for me until I got a deal that I felt comfortable with. Excellent job Emilio!!
I was hesitant about going to Honda Gallery after reading all the bad reviews on yelp, but I made an appointment with Tina to see the 2011 CRV advertised so I decided to go. Erick Joseph was the salesman I dealt with and he was wonderful. He could sense my ambivalence from the start, and although I kept asking him the same questions over and over he remained extremely patient and continued to go over everything with me until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

From the moment I reached out inquiring about a specific model jeep grand Cherokee Tim sent the pricing information over immediately and quickly set an appointment for the following morning for me. When I arrived I was met by Tim and Pablo and the Jeep was waiting for me. Pablo took care of everything from there. During the test drive he explained all the new and improved features that differed from the slightly older model Jeep I had now. Pablo made this entire process so easy as he lined up all the steps needed to be completed and offered to have the car ready to take home in the afternoon. The car was ready for pickup and Yamen helped with closing out my old lease and I was on my way. Easily the best car buying experience I have had in the 20+ years in doing this. I highly recommend this place, all around great experience!
