2022 Honda Pilot review
No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I would highly recommend Derek for any kind of help you might need for a car. I have a 2024 Rav 4 that I did not buy from Joseph Toyota, regretfully. I have owned it for 3 months and did not know how to program or understand how to manage the options on the screen. Derek took the time to go over every option and setting in the car. He broke down the dashboard and showed me how to use and change available choices, along with options on the steering wheel. He was very helpful and patient for an hour going through the menu and buttons on the car. He gave me his card and told me to call or text him any time I got confused or couldn't figure out how to use something in the car. 2022 Honda Pilot review
We decided on the Trail Sport. We live in mountains of SW Montana on a dirt road, off a gravel forest service access rd. We also transport elderly women from our church, so needed a 3rd row for seating. It's been a reliable, comfortable ride. Easy for the ladies to get in & out of. My hubby & I are sure enjoying the comfort level of this pilot. One of the great features is being able to adjust the traction to mud & snow.

I went to Jeff Wyler on 6/9/23 for 5000 mile maintenance/inspection. I bought the Wyler maintenance package last year. What a disappointment. I was told 2 inspections ago that I would need new brake pads on the next visit. When I was there they didn’t even inspect the brakes. Honesty, I would be shocked if they even changed the oil. They wouldn’t rotate tires because I needed the wheel lock key. Come to find out it was in the glove compartment. This leads me to wonder if my tires were rotated the last 2 times I was there. No one has ever asked for the key before. It’s disappointing to think, because I was scheduled for 5:00, they did less than satisfactory work. They shouldn’t schedule people at that time if that’s the case. I bought my Toyota at Voss and had excellent service from purchasing to maintenance. I changed to Jeff Wyler because it was closer to home. I’m questioning my decision now. It’s just discouraging that I’m getting substandard care. This is the exact reason women do not trust when having something done to their vehicle.
