I had an excellent experience buying a new RDX from this car dealer. Raffy was my salesperson, and he did a great job answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail. I also live in Wisconsin and bought from this car dealer in Illinois and the process was extremely smooth and no extra work on my end was needed. Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

When I went to purchase a vehicle, they showed me what they had in the model & color I wanted. They had the largest selection of Lincoln Aviators which is why I went there.

3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!

We bought a used Hyundai couple of weeks ago. I think we got a good deal. The dealership was a good experience, specially compared to the other places we had been to. The sales person Christian Gonzales was extremely friendly, helpful and cooperative. His manager Renato Garcia was also a nice person to work with.

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Took my car in for oil change and was told there was an issue that needed to be fixed and that it was under warranty, so they went ahead and fixed it - no charge. Service was good as usual.

I'm from Chicago but grew dissatisfied with the crappy service city dealers gave me so I traveled some distance away from the city to Muller Honda and I'll tell you my experience was fabulous . I came in for an oil change, rear differential fluid change and tire rotation. I fell in love at first sight with their service area set up and their transparency to do business. You can actually see them working on your car real time not like the city dealers that kidnap your car for 2 hours and you don't see what's being done or not being done. The price was right, the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Muller< I love you guys, this was my first time here and I can assure you it won't be my last.
