Car buying experiences (to me, anyway) are often an annoying ritual, but Ray and Jayden made it as painless as possible. I flew in from Houston, and after some back and forth with Ray via email, and some terrific sales support from Jayden, we were on our way. Here's hoping I get as many miles/years of great service out of this Lexus as I have with my previous ones.

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving)Reviews
CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

CarMax PlanoReviews
CarMax Plano review
I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax. I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model. I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).

My husband and I put off looking for a new car for a very long time. We finally decided we would replace the car that we currently had with a newer model. We ended up with a 2024 Chrysler Town & Country that looks and drives brand new. Our salesman was Guillermo Villanueva and the manager was Juan Tapia. They didn’t pressure us. It was the easiest big purchase buy that we have ever made. These guys are 100% professional and 100% pleasant. We will definitely work with them again on our next car buy. Big thanks to Guillermo, Juan, and the folks at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine! C & M Wilk

Rusty Wallis Honda review
Tin Tran is the kind of service adviser every dealership should be proud to have. He’s helped me on multiple visits with thoughtful updates, prompt follow-ups, and has always taken the time to point out any coupons or specials that could help me out—even when I didn’t know to ask. What really sets Tin apart is his integrity. I’ve never felt pressured or upsold—just supported by someone who genuinely cares and wants the best outcome for his customers. That kind of trust and consistency means a lot. He’s gone above and beyond every single time, and both Rusty Wallis Honda and I are truly lucky to have him.

My alternator was going out while I was driving and they were able to get me in immediately. The service representative was very helpful, calming and understanding. She kept me regularly updated and got my car fixed and me back on the road safely in time for my next appointment. Had they not helped me I would have likely incurred multiple towing charges and possibly worse trying to get home.

Was in the market for a new practical vehicle as I lease a new Audi Electric. Wanted something I could jump in and drive, and moving to Texas it was only right I got my first truck. Young Kid Amir showed me two trucks and after two days and giving him a hard time we settled on a 2024 Silverado at a price we could both live with. If you are in the market for a vehicle hit up Amir at Classic Chevy he will take care of you

The best dealership In town. ( HANDS DOWN ) I had an issue they fixed it went way above the call. All the way from the sells guy Jason to the general manager Mr ONDRE as well as the service guys and service manager. I would like to also thanks the Wallace family themselves. They have the best prices here best customer service here anything you need to take care of it. if you have another vehicle, still bring it here, they'll take care of it. I would like to give 10 Stars if possible. If you have a coupon from another dealership bring it over here Honda dealership off 635 and Shiloh Rusty Wallace they'll take care of you and honor that coupon. Thanks 👍 My new HONDA family members. Yes I purchased my 2016 Toyota tundra from Denise and it was a wonderful experience. She was very informal on all of the information I needed to know as well as information that would help me in the long run. Very professional. Very kind and courteous
2025 Honda Pilot review
I think this is the best looking exterior of the mid size SUV mix. The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.

2025 Honda Pilot review
Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

We would recommend this dealership to family and friends. Jared Bonner helped us find the perfect vehicle for our needs. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the selections we asked to see and test drive. John Hunt guided us through the financial and warranty details and had us in our new car in a timely way.
