I usually don't write these reviews, but I figured I should seeing my car buying experience today at Grieco was top notch. I was connected with Mike who greeted me in the lobby. He connected me to Dennis who from start to finish was the first time in my car buying life I didn't feel like I was getting the run around from a car salesmen. He worked the numbers for me and a few hours later I bought my 2018 Civic. The best part of this was while Juan (Finance Manager) was working on putting together all the paperwork Dennis stayed with me and we talked about golf and Honda's. He actually had another customer walk in and I told him he didn't need to wait with me but he insisted he stay until Juan was ready to see me. By far the best salesman I have ever dealt with.He treated me like we had known each for years and that goes a long way in my book. I went to other Honda dealerships in the area and Grieco by far is the best trust me.I plan on buying my car's from Grieco from here on out!
Friendly and professional service here. They will bring up issues that may need service in the future but never push them if you decline to address them immediately. Repairs were prompt and we'll done.
I’ve been a devoted Toyota customer for a long time. I’ve owned or leased 10 different Toyota vehicles in the last 30 years and of those 10 vehicles, 8 have been purchased/leased from Tarbox Toyota. It’s more than just simple brand loyalty that keeps me driving a Toyota. The superior quality and reliability of a Toyota automobile are more than enough to keep me as a Toyota fan, but what is equally important to me is the people and the service at Tarbox Toyota. They are what keep me coming back. The team at Tarbox Toyota have always made me feel that my business and my loyalty to the brand and the dealership is genuinely and greatly important to them. From the sales staff, especially John Morrissey, to the managers, (Chis and Anton), to the service technicians, to the owner, Ed Tarbox himself, they all have gone out of their way to ensure that I remain a happy and satisfied customer. Tarbox Toyota is a credit to an already stellar car manufacturer.
Today I leased a new RAV4. While I had already heard good things about Tarbox Toyota, I was so impressed with the professionalism. From the time I stepped through the doors until the time of signing the lease, I always felt well taken care of. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation!
I was buried deep in negative equity and had expensive repairs to get back on the road, I was in a bad way. Shawn was able to help me out tremendously by getting me into a brand new car with almost nothing out of pocket and my monthly payments only went up a couple of bucks. Outstanding! I can???t thank Shawn, his sales manager Jon, and the finance director Tom enough for how helpful they were on such short notice. A truly exceptional experience.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.
Im so thankful to Bournes Auto for my new recent purchase!! Im beyond thankful with Sue and Shawn who were there to help us in all our needs , everything went smooth and they dont try to make you purchase anything you dont want like many other dealers!! By far one of my greatest experiences! Very very pleased!
