Very helpful when it comes to making the customer happy . Adrian Luna made me feel like I was his #1 customer he was never distracted he made it his goal to make sure I was taken care of. Very knowledgeable ,and honest too if he was unsure of something he was straight forward about it and assured me that we would find out answer together I like that open communication because I felt like I could trust him with everything . I was right too he stayed focused and met all my needs as well it's people like him that makes you want to buy the car because of the quality of service that you received when you reached out for assistance.
My wife and I wanted to take the time to write this review for those of you searching for your next car and to thank Frank and Sierra Honda for a great and hassle free experience. Cars.com was a great start, lots of great info and then it allowed us to pick dealers to continue our search. We picked a few but let me be clear, Frank at Sierra Honda was THE most honest, forthcoming and straightforward sales person we???ve ever dealt with. We went locally to see the car we wanted but the experience with Frank and Sierra Honda was so seamless we drove an hour plus away to buy it from Frank! We were greeted like family and treated like family too all the way through the process including the dreaded financial office. Franky was great, clear and concise and just like that we were done. I enjoyed researching and learning about the car we wanted to buy and even all the emails and texts with several different dealerships. But it was time consuming. Now we know! So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
Our salesmen, Miguel and Oscar were very helpful as we went thru this car-buying process, Miguel even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left for home .......... I would recommend Car Max- this is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this location.
Since we bought our Jeep on 4/12/2016 we have been pleased with the service received at Sierra Jeep. We have dealt with several other dealerships In Los Angeles and because of the way things have been handled at Sierra Jeep, we chose to return when picking a new vehicle. We felt Rami was up front and honest with us when purchasing our new car. We prefer working with Rami because he knows us yet all the sales staff have treated us well.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

My experience there at west coast auto was good but the fact that I have to get a new bulb for my tail light and battery for my remote they should of have to replace that not me other then that very good.
Albert conducted the financials and extended warranty on the purchase of a pre-owned BMW X5 from Westcoast Auto Sales. The car was in excellent condition. My Daughter and I went shopping for a used Jeep Wrangler last weekend and visited several dealerships. Our first stop was at St. Mina auto sales where they had a pristine condition 2015 Jeep Wrangler.
We were greeted by the Sales Manager Henry who was very nice and accommodating..He showed us the car and we went for a test drive and when we came back he showed us some numbers, we never once felt pressured or mistreated while being at this dealership, we told him we have a few more to look at and that this car was on the top of our list and he wished us good luck in our search. Needless to say after a long day of getting hassled by rude and high pressure salesmen from dealer to dealer we came back to St. Mina auto for the fact that they had a very laid back sales environment and we ended up leaving with that cleanest and best priced Jeep around!
looking at the kind of inventory they had you can tell they really care about the qualify of the cars they put for sale because all the cars were in very good to excellent condition.
We highly recommend St Mina Auto and will definatly come back when we need another car in the future!
