Great experience with Keith and him team. They went out of their way to put me in the truck that I wanted....and I am picky. Keith worked on days off and delivered the truck to my house! They really made it a walk in the park!
My husband and I were looking for a used Ford F-350 and the dealership had one. The internet salesperson, Stu , was very responsive in answering our questions and assisting us. When we arrived to see the truck, it was ready for us to take on a test drive. All of the personnel we met were helpful and courteous. We ended up purchasing from Williamsburg Ford because they gave us a great deal. We highly recommend this dealership!
We had a great experience today purchasing a new Honda Odyssey at Casey Honda. Joe Bolton was knowledgeable and professional as our salesman. He provided information and answered all of our questions. It was because of Joe that we followed through with this transaction. He was friendly, easy and comfortable in his work. the customer service and the service was excellent but I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change (synthetic oil) and when I paid my bill it was $74.39. When I asked why was I paying almost $15 more the excuse was that my car didn't require synthetic oil but I requested it so the oil change process required an additional fee (I drive a Toyota Yaris). There was no mention of an additional fee until it was time to pay the bill. I don't like being taken advantage of. Also, the service representative was very nice and professional and I know he's just doing his job, but he tried to sell me additional service repairs. I politely declined each recommendation and he would offer another service repair at a lower rate.
I was helping my brother and sister-in-law to purchase a vehicle that they took over a year to choose the best make and model for their family. As I am in Dallas Texas, having a long distance discussion can sometimes be difficult , that's assuming you are even taken seriously. My last two cars prior to buying my first Hyundai in 2008 were BMW's. I bought this, a Santa Fe, to help with our move into our new home. I kept this car for over 7 years, and still enjoy driving it. No one problem. Although I did have to buy a battery a few years ago. I also bought a car for my daughter at this dealership and just ordered a 2016 Tuscon for myself. They are honest, they don't play games with prices. I wish my Lexus dealer ( wife's car ) were half as good
