Tony, the salesman was very relaxed and laid back. Felt no pressure to have to purchase vehicle at that time. He spent a lot of time with us going over vehicle to make sure we were comfortable with it. First time ever, in my vehicle buying experience did the OWNER come to thank us for purchasing one of his vehicles!!! Very pleased with whole experience!! Drove home to Indiana with the vehicle and was well worth the drive!!!
I was interested in a white avalon with black interior that was fully loaded. I saw that they had one in stock and called the day before to see if they still had it. They did, but when I came in the next day they told me it was sold the same day I called. I wasn???t happy because i drove almost an hour to come and pick it up. I spoke with a salesman named Keith and he apologized and promised to contact me if he gets a similar vehicle in. 3 days later he texted me letting me know they had a black on black Avalon in stock, also fully loaded. I drove out to see it, and it actually looked better in black. Keith and the sales manager (I believe his name was Dan) went through the details with me, and were able to work with me to get me the payment that I wanted. I appreciate their knowledge and assistance. I get compliments on the car everywhere I go. Thank you guys again!
I first came to Bill Kay when we moved into the area for a factory recall on my '03 CRV. Not only was the service above and beyond the call but Saul Whitaker and I sat down for coffee while I waited. We discussed the pros and cons of the car selling business. We treated each other with respect and parted ways. I remembered him as a cut above in demeanor and approach. So, 3 years later I asked for him when I reentered the market. We got together and worked out a deal. Then, after the sale he spent a hour of his valuable time going over my new CRV's features with a fine-tooth comb. Simply the best.
I brought in my Honda for routine service and the service department personnel alerted me to the fact that there were actually two recall jobs that needed to be performed. I had not received any prior notification of this need either by mail or phone, but I was able to leave the van for the work to be completed ASAP. Since the service tech was not sure exactly how long the job would take, he offered a loaner car or a shuttle to my chosen destination. This was a great option-- I could complete other tasks and/or run other errands.

Very Easy Access, no headaches, was in for a 40K service which was performed with no issues & done timely. Also I found that if in need of parts after calling around Planet Toyota had a better price on what I was looking for & had advised on other related parts on sale. Would recommend!
For the most part, this dealership is not bad and are legitimate. I could be picky about certain things with my car purchases and the years I’ve been with them, however at the end of the day, they always take care of me as a valued customer and I appreciate the service.
