Great dealership great people! Hassan did a fabulous job explaining all the car features and answering the gigantic amount of technical questions I asked him about the cars I was considering. He also never stopped offering coffee cookies and asked if I needed anything. Finance people Janessa and I think his name is Jeff did a great job helping me buy the car. This is a full service dealership that offers good advice. I bought a car from there with no worries about future issues and with renewed trust in the goodness of people :)

I was pleasantly surprised by Honda Libertyville's service center. Although the price was a little higher than online auto repair estimates, the care and expertise more than made up for the difference as other issues were addressed as the TPMS were replaced (tire rotation and bead replacement - both done as a courtesy along with a wash). Thanks Julie for a job well done.

2/25/2023 As always, over the years, my Service Manager, Glenn, gets me in for service and make sure "Blue", my 2007 Sonata is running smoothly. My latest repair of the Driver Seat Switch and Replacement of the Sonata Emblem on the Trunk of the car is great. My 2007 Sonata have proven to be a great car and I would run it against any of the later Models Sonatas. I would recommend the Downers Grove Pugi for Sales and Service. Keep up the great work!!
