Me. Duffy was very helpful in pointing out the good reasons to choose the CRV at this stage of my life. I had a pilot and wasn’t sure. He was very very familiar about the car and all of the features. He was funny and put us at ease. He got me a good price, and the free trip is awesome. A good expierence all around!
I recently leased a new car with salesman Dave Bonomo - our 2nd purchase from Dave within a 5 year period. I would describe the service we received at Watertown Honda as "friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and professional". Dave is great to work with and he, along with Jason Gunn and Paul Marino, provided us with another overall positive experience.
without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.
I recently traded in my lease for a new vehicle and Hayden was amazing! He made it painless and easy and I felt like he was really working for me. He’s personable and not your stereotypical “cars salesman .” Thanks again!
Have been eyeing a cupple on the lot .....got all im looking for.....just have not been able to get to see and test drive yet.....they have not pressured me for info or sales ..if they have what im looking for at the right time....i will follow up and continue the process...

Great customer service, excellent environment; Make sure client feels comfortable while waiting for car service. Not complaints, Good communication, Great car service. Show concern for the client's needs.
I walked in and needed a new vehicle right away. With their awesome selection I had no problem finding a vehicle to suit my needs. The staff catered to my needs and in no time at all I drove away happy in my newly purchased vehicle.
This is the third Audi we've purchased. From the moment we sat down with Janet I felt assured we were going to be able to seal a deal. She listened to our needs, prior experience with other sales staff and explained everything. We were so satisfied with Janet that we did something we have never done before. We purchased and had our car delivered within 4 days. She not only explained how everything works in the car but followed up with us later to see if we needed any other assistance and told us to call anytime we needed anything.
I've been here twice now with my leased Fit and both times have been great. Most recently I was lucky enough to come on Massage Monday! So while my car was serviced I enjoyed free wifi, coffee, bagels and a 15 minute massage. I wish I could go every week. They took great care of my car, and even replaced a failing battery (under warranty) which I had no idea about and could have left me stranded anytime this coming winter. Also have to add if you are looking for an AWESOME winter car, the Fit with traction control (VSA) rocks. We drive by many bigger, much more expensive AWD vehicles who are off the road, every time it snows.
The team at Honda of Westport were very friendly and professional. They made my new car purchase completely stress free. This was by far the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. Kam Bhojwani and Mike Abrams were great, and went above and beyond in helping me through the entire process. Kam took the time to explain everything thoroughly including all the new gadgets in the car, I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you all for making what so often is a difficult process so easy.
