Friendly, no pressure demeanor and "no sweat" attitude

Justin, Aaron and Pat were the three I worked directly with and they each played a part in the amazing experience I had at the dealership. I am very picky and I want exactly what I want, without compromise. I wanted a very hard to find vehicle/color combination on top of requiring a manual transmission. At the time of walking into Don Wessel Honda, I had already been in contact with a total of 7 other dealerships across the country trying to locate one, or have one ordered. Don Wessel was the only dealer who wanted this sale enough to put in the effort to find it for me. Every other one I found was sold, or the dealers blew me off and wouldn't return calls. I had no intention of buying from Don Wessel when I went to look at a vehicle, but Justin's friendly demeanor and "no sweat" attitude was refreshing. They made it happen, and kept me in the loop the entire process, even if there was nothing new to report. After 4 years of working for a Mercedes dealership and expecting a certain kind of service, I can truly say that your employees rival the customer service experience we aimed to provide at Mercedes Benz.
