An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Dominique was very knowledgeable. Offered drinks while we waited. Cars were all cleared of snow and easy to look at., Brought cars to the door that we wanted to test drive. Had our car detailed and ready to go very quickly.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Each person I can in contact with was pleasant, professional and friendly. My sales person Trevor Demaske was professional , and thorough, and very easy to work with . He did all the work and I was completely happy with him and the dealership!!

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Wanted to leave this review letting everyone know if you can get to this dealership DO IT. My wife and myself drove 10 hours one way from Virginia Beach to get a beautiful 2003 Silverado 1500 with 77000 miles on it. We also traded in are 2022 kia Sportage AWD so we wouldn't have another car payment. Before we got to the dealership we talked about how much the full purchase price would be and if they would be able to at least pay off the KIA. We send in a video of the car and they said minimum they would pay off the KIA. The price they told me was the price I paid . They didn't change it on me . They paid us more then what we owed for are Kia even though they didn't have too. We have boughten 4 brand new cars in Virginia Beach and 3 used ones in are life time. When it comes to getting another used car I will be going through these guys regardless of we're I live. #respect to everyone that worked there. You guys got customers for life from us. So if you want a hassle free , great reliable car. We're the dealership puts you guys first before making maximum money I advise you go to this dealership even if you're driving far. We did 10 hours there 11 back home and we couldn't be happier. Thx again to everyone that helped us . The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

A+ Dealership and FANTASTIC experience!!!! I am a very particular person and I know what I'm doing and want when it comes to buying cars for over fifty years now. I've bought so many cars in life my friends think I am a dealer. I'm a car guy, I work on all of them myself and I just like cars. I typically buy from private owners because I have a disdain when it comes to car dealerships and sales people. I have hair raising stories to prove this. One of my favorites is when I bought a car online from Florida and had it shipped to Ohio. It had a one thousand mile warranty. The salesperson told me the warranty would be expired upon arrival because it was over a thousand mile transit........On a car carrier....... seriously. While surfing around I find the car I wanted and they are an hour and forty five minute drive. At first I thought that's too far to go kick a tire until I started reading their reviews, the way they acquire the cars and the benefits of their family owned dealership. I was apprehensive about putting my hand on the stove again but my intuition cried out to me saying this would be different. My first fact finding call put me through to Dave who is incredibly sharp and I knew immediately I had to take this shot. I called back to make an appointment and was connected to Rachael who was VERY accommodating and told me to let her know when I was on my and she would hold the car until we arrived. When we got there we met and within a minute felt like family members. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without any of the usual sales stuff thrown at you. She is absolutely phenomenal! So we get to look at and drive the Lincoln MKZ which was super clean and everything they advertised. All of the cars around it were exceptional too. We did buy the car with unparalleled confidence. The inspection and the attention to detail provided was remarkable. I am elated with Rachael and Dave, the car the dealership and the way we were treated. They are THE nicest most easy going no pressure people in this business. I can't say enough about the how great the entire experience was!! Epic! The most honest and truthful people you'll ever meet. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a car! Dave was patient, actively listened to me describe my situation, and responded by making sure he completely understood my what had been said to him. He was honest in his response to being able to work with my challenging credit situation. He made no promises to get me to come to the location. He never once made me feel bad about my challenging credit situation. Life happens to everyone, this gentleman worked hard on my behalf so that I could have a chance at regaining my creditworthiness. He only asked that I have all documents with me when I arrived so that he could efficiently begin to work on my situation. He was pleasant, professional and most of all HONEST ….. Even when my credit was great I have never experienced the level of compassion and professionalism as I did with Dave. It did not take hours of frustrating time sitting, feeling belittled and being told one thing and then another to only find you have been taken advantage of in the end. I do believe this was by far the best car buying experience I will ever experience! I will definitely be going back to see Dave when I have to purchase another car. We went in this morning to purchase a used Rogue. Ian instantly greeted my father and I. He was very low pressure, relaxed and very professional. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a concern about the brakes and he had their technicians take a look at it right away while we started the paperwork. The brakes have another 10K miles until I need to replace the pads. Overall, the car I purchased was in excellent condition and I am very happy with my purchase so far. The paperwork process with Ryan went smoothly. I would definitely recommend. Very happy with my experience with this dealership.

This dealership saved my behind, The service was amazing Barry was amazing and so was the person he was training on 6/3/2023. I came in expecting to get laughed at and they accepted me with open arms and worked with what I had at the time and got me into a car. The car I got was used but it still gets me to point A to point B and they sat down with me, talked with me and listened to my story, and said this is what we can work out and what we can do. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a car!

We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.

The van meets our needs. It looks and feels good when driving. Only issue are with some brakes that need repaired. We like the color (blue exterior/gray interior).

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.
