Today I went in for an oil change for my mom , and I talk to the manager about light grinding noises that I heard when my mom was turning only. Firestone told her she needed brakes and the manager Tony had my mom‘s car pulled up on the lift, and the brakes were fine, but when the mechanic was taking the wheel off, he noticed that there was some play and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. If you’ve ever seen anyone with a wheel that fell off their car on the highway. That probably would’ve been my mom because she Hand some teenager at fire stone Check it out telling her she need brakes. It didn’t make any sense because she just did her brakes like 12,000 miles ago. Always get a second opinion..

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

I own a 2017 Honda HRV 1.5 Petrol FW CVT (European model). I’m the first owner and I just reached 220k Kilometers. No issues so far except for a start/stop button replacement and a scheduled suspension replacement (200k). All the services and oil changes were made on time according to the manual. I also started doing the oil/fluid changes (engine & cvt transmission) in less kilometers than the proposed schedule once the car reached 180k kilometers. The European edition 1.5 petrol motor responds well but I believe that a bigger motor would be more suitable for the specific model. I’ve traveled a lot on asphalt, gravel and snow (with a good pair of snow tires) and in temperatures varying between 14 to 113 Fehrenheit.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

My sales person Alex Valdez was great! I thought he would give up on me because I was very picky and expected alot. I had resigned myself to keeping my current car, but then he found me the perfect vehicle and I love it! All in all it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend McGrath Honda/Elgin. I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. I will be sending all of my family and friends to Honda for their next auto purchase because Christopher Robinson knows how to take customer service to the next level while making you feel like you have a dear and trustworthy friend for life.

Still shopping and may yet purchase from this dealer. They are an impressively large dealership. Yet, I felt welcomed and comfortable there.

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

Bought a new 2025 crv sport hybrid l over the weekend, I worked with Steve Grady. My experience was excellent, he took care of me from start to finish, no surprises, no pressure, very relaxed environment, straight forward transaction, very patient with my requests and he was very courteous. No required add on packages, price is great and he responded quickly with my email inquiry, was able to negotiate a decent price for my tradein, they will offer you rust proofing and accessories but you can decline if you dont want. The business office will offer you extended warranty and it could get a bit tense although in the end the final price they will offer for a 8 yr honda care warranty is a pretty competitive price and will consider in my future purchases. Overall I had a great experience and way different than other shady dealerships that will try to steal your money. I was there for maybe about 3 hours from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone and will consider them again on my next purchase, thank you Valley Honda.

Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

Buying from St Louis. 4+ hours away. All handled via phone, text, email & electronic signatures. It could not have gone any smoother if I lived next door. CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.
