2020 Toyota Avalon Hybrid review
I have owned 25-30 different vehicles in my life including 10 Toyota or Lexus vehicles since 1978. The latest have been 2 Camry hybrids and 2 Avalon hybrids. Quite simply, my 2020 Avalon Limited hybrid is the finest luxury automobile I have ever owned. My 2015 Avalon was the 2nd finest... LOL. The car is quiet, smooth, comfortable, unbelievably reliable, and gets 44-46 MPG for me in normal weather conditions.

Before making the drive, I even spoke with General Sales Manager John Acosta, who personally assured me that the offer we received over the phone would be exactly what we'd see when we arrived. They kept their word 100%, and that level of integrity is hard to find these days. I also have to recognize Isabel Rojas in Finance. You always hear stories about having a great salesperson, only for the finance manager to ruin the experience with high-pressure sales tactics. That couldn't have been further from our experience. Isabel was professional, friendly, and never once made us feel pressured. She only discussed products that genuinely made sense and could benefit us as the customer. It was obvious she cared about helping us make informed decisions, not just selling extras. From the moment I requested information online, the communication was outstanding. They respected my preferred method of communication, answered every question promptly, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience we've ever had. I'd give it a 15 out of 10. We're a Honda family, and making the drive from Orlando was absolutely worth it. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Christopher Roy and by extension Ferman Volvo. I inquired with about 12 Volvo dealers in Florida about pricing and availability for an XC-90. Mr. Roy was BY FAR the most courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional salesman. He was also very up front and candid with every detail to include pricing which was very important to me because I had already researched the car very extensively (to include pricing) and knew precisely what price I wanted to pay. Some dealers wanted to remain secretive on pricing unless they could get me into their showroom (difficult because of distances to travel for many of them) while others were either unable to answer specific questions about the vehicle or showed little interest in actually selling cars. Mr. Roy on the other hand was very candid and always presented everything in a manner that showed he really wanted to earn my business. Well, he did. He made the car buying process (to include coming to terms on a price for the vehicle) about as easy as it can be. Once we signed a contract for the car (I ended up ordering one from the factory), Mr. Roy was consistently very easy to contact and was happy and eager to make sure every question I had along the way was answered. He also kept me updated on the delivery schedule. Once the contract was signed, Mr. Roy was also assisted by fellow salesman Michael Kashtan. I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Kashtan as well. Mr. Kashtan was especially helpful when we arrived at the dealer (after a 3 hour drive) to pick up the car. He had every document ready to go so that everything was streamlined in the dealership. He also did an excellent job of educating my wife and I about all the features on the car and didn't want us to leave unless we were completely satisfied with every detail--he was amazing. Something that really stood out to my wife and I was when we arrived at the dealer after our 3 hour drive (with 2 very small children in tow), both gentlemen walked outside and met us as we were exiting our vehicle. They were expecting us and it was obviously important to them to welcome us--it was a very nice touch and was just a final confirmation that we had picked the right dealer. My wife and I will likely be buying another car in a year or two (possibly a BMW X5 or X7, I know Ferman sells BMWs as well), and the Ferman group of dealers will be our first place we look. I cannot say thank you enough to Mr. Roy and Mr. Kashtan for such a great experience!

2026 Toyota RAV4 Plug-In Hybrid review
I have had the car one month so far, RAV4 plug n see They say I can go 50 miles on electric charge, I am getting 55 to 58 depending on my driving style with running the a/c. So far I have not used a drop of gas. I am charging at night from 10pm to 7 am using 110 standard plug. The lowest I have taken battery down is 28%. Our local electric company has great rates from 12 to 6 am, I have figured my charging cost at about .64 cents per night for a full charge. The car is very quiet and smooth, with the horse power at 300 plus it is very quick. Looks great and runs like you want.

2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
2024 RAV4 Hybrid XSE model is a great choice - interior road noise & front seats that do not glide back enough are my ‘wish I would have paid attention to’ regrets. If passengers are over 6’2” with long legs, they do not fit in the front seat comfortably & many times I feel like an Uber driver with them choosing the back seat when going distances. Hybrids make a lot of noise when backing up which can turn heads - this is normal so don’t be alarmed. Gas mileage is terrific & its sporty exterior is over the top. I do love it & recommend it if not concerned about the cons I have mentioned.

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE HEV review
Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

2015 Chevrolet Volt review
I am impressed with the Chevy Volt (2015) and have had no maintenance issues in 42000 miles mostly electric miles. I usually get about 45 miles electric range per charge which is adequate for my commute. The driving experience feels very solid and sporty with lots of power at any speed. The positive - money saved on gas. The negative - the back seat is a bit cramped but rarely used.
