Great follow up by staff! Easy going and no pressure sales. Everything done by email so no contact option is important these days. I highly recommend them!
2022 Hyundai KONA review
I just got a 2022 Kona Limited after having a 2015 Golf for years. I like all safety features and comfort items. The steering wheel is stiffer than I am used to and think that is due to lane assist. I haven't figured out why the nav system doesn't talk, but it must be a setting issue. I used a Garmin unit for nav in past, but Kona's screen is much better. Some people say the space is small, but just fine for me. Overall, i like the Kona

Thomas and the whole team at Hyundai 369 were very helpful and patient during my visit/purchase. Thomas listened to my needs and wants for a car and allowed me time to test drive and think on my purchase.
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

Eden Prairie Nissan review
Mark Leuthard is the type of sales person who genuinely listens and simply shows respect in his communication. He'll make you feel welcome, find you exactly what you're looking for, and patiently work with you every step of the way. His experience and expertise made the entire process absolutely seamless for me. Never a hint of pressure. No frustration as I went back and forth about various options, even different brands. Always an honest answer. Before I knew it, the vehicle of my dreams was signed, sealed and delivered! I think the whole process took less than 2 hours. The dealership is clean, bright and seems to run like a well-oiled machine. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. You'll feel great doing business with Eden Praire Nissan. In particular, ask for Mark Leuthard if you need help with a new car. He is the best I've ever met and just thinking about his conversations with me now still brings a smile to my face. Thanks, Mark!

I used the courtesy pick up and delivery option for my 12,000 mile service maintenance. Everything went smoothly and I was kept in the loop (with phone calls) starting with pick up time, what repairs/maintenance would be done, through check out and return of the vehicle. It was pretty slick. A wonderful service for those who can’t or don’t want to spend time waiting at the dealership.

Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of my new Sonata. He wanted to make sure that I found the right vehicle for me. He took the time to ask me what I liked about my previous vehicle and what I would like in my new one. It was hard to trade in my old Sonata because it was such a great vehicle but Rich made it a very easy transition. I’m glad that I was greeted by Rich when I went to Luther he truly made the experience a great one. I would definitely work with him again. Thank you Rich for being so kind and helpful.

Walser Mazda review
My wife and I attended the Auto Show a few weeks ago and decided our next vehicle would be the CX9, Walser Mazda had the exterior/interior color and trim level we wanted. We met with Blake Erickson who had excellent knowledge of the CX9 and answered all of my wifes questions about the CX9 and its technology. Blake was a pleasure to work with. Blake and his team were easy to do business with.

Great service. Friendly and helpful staff. Service completed in timely manner.
2022 Hyundai KONA review
Just bought a 2022 Kona SEL AWD in thunder gray, so far I love it. I traded in a BMW twin turbo with around 330 hp, and I thought this 150 hp 4 cylinder would be weak but it does its job and is peppy, quick, and merges into highway with ease. Not gonna win drag races but then again cops own the road not people with fast cars, all those performance cars will do is break my wallet. BMW. It’s more solid and fun to drive then my past cars and is backed up with a great warranty, I hope to drive this car for years and years. The all wheel drive system is better than the BMW and its apple car play is great and my model has wireless charging. I could do another road trip of 1000 miles with this and get almost 14 mpg better than my BMW. All in all if you’re not into the illusion of driving a “German” car and want something gutsy and simple I would recommend the Kona over all the bmws and Hondas I owned in the past. 5 stars out of 5.

Buying a vehicle through Luther Infinity was a fantastic experience. Despite a long delay from ordering my 2022 QX60 until its delivery due to widespread supply chain issues in the automotive industry, my sales representative Steve DiFiore was outstanding. He kept me updated often on the progress of my new vehicle and its anticipated arrival. On the day I picked up the QX60, he was incredible in taking care of every possible detail of the process as well as being very educational and helpful in helping my wife and me learn all the features of the new car. The finance staff was also excellent and had the entire process streamlined and ready to go when we arrived. The entire staff at Luther Infinity was friendly and helpful and made our purchase experience amazing in every way!

I have been using my Kona 2020 for five years (almost), I am delighted except few minor problems I had. The rubber around the front left ( Automotive weather stripping) side which is on the body of the car is torn and the wipers were broken in few months. Overall I am happy with car. The driving on ice, snow etc during winter is so easy and stable.

Fury Ford Waconia review
I went to look at a vehicle sales manager who I ask for was busy , so waited until sales Ron Wagner ( Big Dady) got in and said would like to drive the 2016 ford exporer that was on the lot, and then he knew I just wanted to drive it, so waited a little longer walked back to his desk and said do you still have it and said yes I can I drive the vehical and he said let me get the key's and let me drive the vehicle, by myself , let me mention that know him a little, he ask me how liked the vehicle when I got back from test driving it and though he kinda knew that I might not buy the vehicle , he was very easy going said Iam glad that you licked driving the vehicle, even though I had a few things that I didn't like about the vehicle, I gave him a hard time about all the sales awards on his desk, if they just copies and he took it personally I said I was just kidding, but I must say when you have salesman who has 20 years selling vehicles who is laid back as Ron, a desk full of sales awards this guy knows what he is doing and with out being pushy or worried that he sell a car, he is confident in his ablity sell a vehicle even though he is commision salesman , he knows if you don't buy from him he will be able to sell to someone thus he laid back and will not be pushy and, I other salesmen at this dealership and are and don't have ability to be easy going as Ron , also have ask him many different questions on various vehicles and he is very knowledgeable about ford vehicles , so if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, or just need information about a vehicle, you might want give him a try.

Luther Burnsville HyundaiReviews
Luther Burnsville Hyundai review
I searched on Cars.com for a used vehicle and this dealer had the one I was looking for. The only issue on the surface was that the dealership was 700 miles away from me. That wasn't a problem for Luther Burnsville Hyundai. I reached out to them about the car, and a sales person contacted me almost immediately. He answered all my questions and walked me through the process of buying a car from out of state. He even gave me his personal cell number in case I needed to reach him with questions about the process. I booked my flight, took an Uber to the dealer, and when I arrived my car was all cleaned up and the staff was waiting on me. Honestly one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. The finance manager was great and explained everything. A truly amazing buying experience! The best part, I even received a text from my salesman to check that I arrived back home after my trip and to see if I was enjoying the car. This dealership cares about their customers!

Morrie's 394 Hyundai review
We worked with Brandon D while looking for a car for our daughter. He was very helpful. He stayed late and was willing to come in on his day off to fit our schedule. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave us lots of options we had not considered before. He was polite and honest with questions we had. Working with him was the best cars experience we have ever had. If you’re looking for a Hyundai I cannot recommend working with Brandon enough!
2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

I super so love my car. I get all of my services done at Rick Hendrick Chevy Buick GMC. Thomas Mason is my advisor and he always gets me in. I like that he will tell whats going on before they complete the work. Keep up the good work.

Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.

Smooth ride. Love this car. Got the neon yellow. Stands out and it's different than just the plain colors. My kids loved to color too.

2020 Hyundai KONA review
I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.
