Byers Airport Subaru review
I came in for an oil change and found a very welcoming environment. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. They did a fantastic job! not only did they change the oil, but they also performed a wheel alignment. I'll definitely be going back for my next oil change and any other services I need
2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Bought car used in September 2026 w/65000 miles. Needed to replace my 2016 Escape which broke down catastrophically after 2 years of constant repairs. Also, my sister was facing knee replacement and we needed to fit her, her 300-lb husband, walkers, wheelchair, and groceries in our everyday vehicle! Two words describe the result: exceeds expectations! Lots of room even with all of us and our junk; More road power than my old man's driving style needs, but it translates to smooth as silk road behavior on the steepest of Pennsylvania's hills; Typical Hyundai reliability and dealer service : helpful, courteous, attentive, and informative. Not the cheapest, but worth what I pay. I was suspicious about putting all my eggs in a 6 year old vehicle ... but I think I just bought 250,000 of solid comfort and driveability that's better than new!

Toyota West OhioReviews
Toyota West Ohio review
My wife and I had a great experience. They had the Kia we were interested in ready for the test drive as we arrived at the dealership. Quick inspection, some paperwork, and away we went on our test drive. We quickly noticed an issue with a noise coming from the right front of the car, but were otherwise was happy with the car. Once we returned and pointed out the noise, we got a written assurance that it would be taken care of if we bought the car. We'll, we did and they were true to their word. Totally impressed with the buying experience here.
2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

We were so impressed with Coughlin Hyundai! We purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid by finding it online. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From initially talking to Allie on the phone to connecting with Austin, it was super easy. Austin was very helpful and knowledgeable. We wish the dealership was closer to us! We came from Louisville, Ky and it was worth it!

Jose seems like a good salesman still looking for a Ridgeline in my price range. I am not in a rush . Something will come along. If there's any recalls for the Ridgeline I believe the dealership should take care of before purchase. If there's a issue. The 2017 Ridgelines had transmission problem 6 speed. I have to do my homework when making a purchase. Don't have 12,000 to replace a transmission plus a car payment.

We can’t say enough good things about Shane at Huebner Subaru in Carrollton, OH. His dedication to truly understanding what his customers need sets him apart. Shane has a way of anticipating concerns before you even have to ask, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stands out is his willingness to go the extra mile to help secure financing that works—without putting unnecessary strain on your family. That level of care and consideration is rare. 2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!

It has been a pleasant surprise working with this dealership and I believe Max has made our experience A+ . Max has helped us find our vehicles (we’ve bought several) effortlessly and smooth. He makes sure that we are 100% satisfied. We appreciate this type of service especially with buying cars. Basically “knock on wood” our car buying experience was a pleasure from looking to driving the vehicles home. I consider this a five star experience!

Marhofer Hyundai of Green review
I just leased a new 2026 Palisade from Marhofer Hyundai of Green and couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future purchases. I drove just over an hour to them as I was looking at used Subaru Ascents and they had the best selection of them for the best prices. I was peering through some windows in the parking lot when I was promptly greeted by Audi Petty. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy at all. I told her why I was there and she went over all the Subaru options. She test drove each with me and went over all the features. She seemed to have such an understanding of what I wanted and what was most important to me so she suggested I try a used Palisade as well. I was stuck between which vehicle to select and she and her manager, Breanna showed me an easy side by side comparison with numbers included. Breanna suggested I look into leasing a new one considering how little I drive, which I had not considered. She pulled hard numbers for me and explained the lease in great detail. I was given all the time I needed to think about it and they were not pushy at all. I decided on the lease and things progressed quickly from there. (My laptop ended up dying and I needed to check in with work so Audi found a way to get me plugged in so I could keep working) I was in the finance office signing papers within 20 minutes. The finance lady was very kind as well and made that part such an easy process. She didn’t have that need to “manslain” everything to me. As a woman who was there alone, I LOVED working with all women the entire time! Getting a car can be such a long terrible process and all 3 of them made it such a quick, painless process. I was so pleasantly surprised and walked away with a brand new car that I love and that was within budget!
