Wickstrom Auto Group review
After searching, comparing, and test driving, I finally found the right vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with my new Jeep and the entire experience from start to finish. From the initial vehicle search and test drives to the auto loan process and final purchase, everything was smooth, easy, and honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. A huge part of that is because of our sales associate, Don DiPaulo. Don was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and genuinely made the entire process enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle without ever making me feel pressured. This is actually the second Jeep we’ve purchased from this Don and this dealership, and that says a lot about how great our experiences have been. We will absolutely be back when it’s time for our next vehicle! Thank you, Don, and the entire team at Wickstrom Jeep Dodge in Barrington, Illinois for making this purchase such a great experience.

Genesis of Downers Grove review
I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.

Premier Auto Works Worth review
I visited to look at a 2013 Sonata and ultimately decided to buy a 2022 Palisade for my whole family. I am impressed by the courtesy and service they offer. It is on another level. I will strongly recommend them to any friends or family members. This is their new location, and the staff, vehicle selection, and prices are excellent.
2021 Hyundai PALISADE review
I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

Lexus of Naperville review
We recently purchased our first Lexus SUV and worked with Dylan K. He was incredibly knowledgeable and a huge asset in the car shopping process! I appreciate the great communication and extra efforts he went to on our behalf!
2021 Hyundai PALISADE review
Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.

2021 Hyundai PALISADE review
We traded in our Genesis G80 for this. Love everything about it except it doesn't have power mirrors. Both the Genesis and Palisade have unpleasant interior smells, but as air circulates, the odor is gone.

Napleton Palatine HyundaiReviews
Napleton Palatine Hyundai review
To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

From the 1st phone call to the moment we drove our "new" car off the lot, James was friendly and made the car-buying process enjoyable. We never felt pressured, and they were very upfront about every detail. James even went above-and-beyond by helping us return the rental car we were in. Do yourself a favor and start your search @ CarMax!
