I purchased an Audi A3 from this dealership my Lexus was a total loss on Christmas night due to vandalism. I haven’t bought a used car in over thirty years K G (the manager) made this used car purchase pleasant from start to finish. Hat’s off for the excellent customer service!!
2012 Hyundai SONATA review
the 2012 Hyundai Sonata is a smooth comfortable car with a potential flaw that Hyundai has, in my opinion, addressed adequately. First the Pros: It is stylish in both the interior as well as exterior design. It is comfortable, even for me at 6'3" and is not tiring for extended periods on the highway. The fuel economy is good averaging for me about 32 MPG with mostly highway driving. The engine has reasonable power when needed and is generally smooth. The cons are that the 4-cylinder Theta-II engine that the Sonata Uses, (as well as the Santa Fe and Kia Optima and Sorento) has a known flaw that causes the #4 cylinder connecting rod bearing to wear out prematurely causing engine failure. Hyundai has recently extended the Engine Warranty to a lifetime warranty on these engines and that includes if you bought the car used. I think this is a reasonable response. My Sonata suffered this exact failure 5 months ago at 164,000 miles and the engine was replaced with no pushback. The car carried an original 100K mile warranty which is still considered industry leading so, legally, any car over 100K miles Hyundai and Kia could have stuck to their original warranty agreement and taken no action. But that is not what they are doing. One of the reasons I gave Korean cars a try several years ago was the lack of response I got on a Japanese brand known for their high quality that also had a known failure point but took no action after the warranty expired. Because of Hyundai's ultimate response I still highly recommend the car. if you have a higher mileage Sonata, my advice would be sure you have some sort of roadside assistance, so in case you experience this same failure, you will not be left stranded. The good news is that in the rare instance you experience this issue, you should receive a new engine.

Serra Chevrolet review
When it comes to having my car serviced, there is only one dealership that I trust to get it right- Serra Chevrolet of Southfield. The friendly and courteous staff at Serra Chevrolet of Southfield will take the time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly diagnosis the root cause of the issue. If you are in need of an oil charge, wiper replacement, or an in-depth repair I would highly recommended taking your vehicle to Serra Chevrolet of Southfield!

After my previous car was totaled in a accident, I found Harris Auto Select through an online search with Cas.com - and I am SO glad that I did. This dealership treated me very well and both Joe and Mark were AMAZING with their customer service! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car in VA. They have a great selection of available cars that are all kept incredibly well and I just love my new car from them. Excellent value, excellent customer service, and excellent cars!

2012 Hyundai SONATA review
I've driven it for 90,000 miles. It's a FUN car to drive and other than routine maintenance (oil, brakes, etc) it has been VERY economical to maintain. Doesn't eat tires or brakes, other than a manufacturer replacement of the engine, nothing significant has broken. It's been a VERY reliable, comfortable car!
