Camelback Toyota review
Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.

AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale review
Great customer service. I worked with both Joel and Jaxon at the service center. They were both very knowledgeable and made sure to keep me updated with my cars service through the process. While I would not say service is fast due to the amount of people getting their cars worked on (not their fault) service was certainly efficient and satisfactory. Would trust to take car of my car again.

I am currently searching for a 2021 Toyota Tundra with under 60,000 miles, four-wheel drive, and a Limited edition or higher trim level. A TRD Pro would also be a suitable option. I have been receiving notifications for new Toyota models, which are not what I am seeking. My preference is for the V8 engine, which was last available in the 2021 model year.

2025 Hyundai SONATA review
I had a 2025 Limited hybrid as a loaner and was extremely impressed with it! Quite frankly if I didn’t love EVs so much I would be getting one. My spouse has a 2025 Lexus ES and there are just a few features it has that the Limited Sonata lacks, but the Sonata has a LOT of features the ES doesn’t have, and the price difference between them is a brand new Nissan Versa. It’s very quiet and even when you floor the accelerator it’s really not bad for a 4 cylinder. The ride is every bit as good as the ES, if anything better probably due to the fact that the rims are 2 inches smaller. The driver assistance features work so smoothly. Really the only thing I was disappointed with was it doesn’t have power folding mirrors and my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq does, so that was surprising but it’s kinda an unnecessary feature anyway but I like it cuz I know if the mirrors are folded the car is locked. Also I wasn’t getting the MPG on the window sticker. Granted I only had it for one day and 65 miles, 95% interstate driving 75, but it was a struggle to reach what it’s rated at for the city driving. I feel like the city and highway numbers should be reversed, because it definitely prefers city driving. I also had a 2025 SEL AWD as a loaner for my last service visit, and it was fine but honestly nothing stood out to me. It was like a random rental car, nothing good but nothing bad either.

Zachary and Sam were absolutely awesome from start to finish! They helped us get into our brand-new 2026 Kia K4 and somehow managed to make the whole car-buying process actually enjoyable, which I’m pretty sure deserves an award by itself. Zachary was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. He answered every question we threw at him, kept everything straightforward, and made sure we were comfortable with the entire deal before we drove off. Buying a car can sometimes feel like you’re preparing for battle, but with Zachary it felt more like hanging out with someone who just happened to know everything about cars and paperwork. 😂 We absolutely love our new K4, and Sam and Zachary played a huge part in making the experience such a good one. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, ask for them. Give these guys a raise before another dealership steals them! 10/10 experience. Would absolutely buy from here again!

It took a while to get a deal on my car done, but Matthew was good at getting a higher amount approved. I also drove a 2022 BMW X5 (blue) that I am very interested. Worked with James and we was easy to work with. I will be getting back on the BMW as soon as I can get some funds together.

Hertz Car Sales Phoenix Bell RdReviews
Hertz Car Sales Phoenix Bell Rd review
I am an active military member stationed in Virginia. I was in the market for a small vehicle for my Daughter who attends school in Arizona. As you know, car buying can be a tricky, complex, and at times be a downright sleezy experience. My situation was made a little worse due to my inability to actually travel to Phoenix to make the purchase. This meant that my wife and Daughter, neither of which has ever purchased a vehicle, had to close the deal. I reached out to several dealerships in the vicinity of I17 and Bell road, most of which had fair advertised prices. However, once I got into the details that determine the out the door price, the shady/sleezy part showed its head. Mandatory tint, mandatory paint protection, extra charge for warranty, extra charge for a cash deal. All garbage used to justify a lower advertised price and prey on clients with inexperience, low credit or low IQ. There was no way I was sending my family into that mess. One of the many discussions I had with the many dealerships was with a man name Brian Cruz at the Bell road Hertz location. From moment one he gave it to me straight. No haggle means no haggle. Can't adjust the costs to meet my budget. The deal advertised is the deal. We worked through the numbers and not only were they fair but they were also considerably lower than the competition. No kidding $2,000 less than the next nearest competitor for the same car and mileage. I know Brian doesn't get to set prices or sales policy at Hertz but he does get to be part of it. Thank you Brian and thank you Hertz for cutting an honest and fair deal from moment one in the process. I will recommend you to anyone in my circle of family and friends! Enemies can go across the street!

Excellent, got a loan with no money down. They were very patient and I wasn't leaving without the perfect car. I have to say they went above and beyond. D Angelo was great. Pre-Approved before I got there and all they did was attend to my requests. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

I was really dreading going through the whole car buying process again after just doing it in July at another dealer but Mickey made my experience great! I absolutely loved her personality and attitude. I’m not saying it was a fast process but it was definitely one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Definitely ask for Mickey when coming here.
