Awesome service from Brandon at Escondido Hyundai!

We walked into Escondido Hyundai "just looking", and walked out with a brand new Tucson, thanks much to the help of Brandon. He was friendly, helpful, amusing(!) and an all around great salesperson. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Escondido Hyundai, and we will definitely return for a third when the time comes!
No complaints, all praise and compliments! I admire carmax business model, and them having a no negotiation rule is a beautiful thing. Ray was my consultant and we sold our 2012 forte to buy an suv. Message me if you have any questions and I will answer them.
I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. We're definitely getting a second car with them .
I found a car I was looking for online that was here....The problem was I was over 400 miles away. I spoke to Don about the vehicle & it was still available. A less than a week later I flew in went straight to Baldwin's. Even though Don was busy with another customer he made sure I was comfortable by giving me water & waiting inside where it was air conditioned. He finally had a chance to get the car I was interested in. The car looked great & Don let me take it for a test drive and the rest is history.... I drove back in a new used car.... My only gripe is, I had to walk to the bank in 90+ degree weather.... Lucky it was a couple blocks away.
I purchased a used vehicle via the internet. I flew out to California to finalize the paperwork. The team did a great job on resolving an issue that occurred during the finalization of the sale. I highly recommend this team.
Have owned Hyundai's for 20 years. Had them serviced at Escondido Hyundai until their entire service team turned over and service was worse than horrible. So now I drive from Escondido to Temecula Hyundai and the last service on my 2014 Sonata Hybrid was a very pleasant experience. Steve Enrique's was my service consultant and took care of everything. We are a Hyundai family and will take our cars to Steve in Temecula.

I have purchase the extended warranty and service contract through Hyundai. I live in Escondido and purchase 3 Hyundais in Escondido. Last 2 times I was at Edcondido service dept was just horrible! They lied to me and was very rude. I would not go back again to Edcondido. When i came to Temecula, Steve was very courteous and very knowledgable. He address my hybrid failure, and took care the rental. Everyone at the service dept was exeptional. I will be their customer for life:)
Initially, I was undecided about a new vehicle purchase. James Creguer provided me with an abundance of specific information regarding each model I was interested in. I was finally able to make an educated decision and purchase the hybrid that was right for me! Thank you James for going above and beyond! I am thrilled to own a 2018 Hyundai hybrid!
I was helped by Keith and he was absolutely amazing!! He helped me with everything and made sure I???d get the best deal possible I was comfortable with. He took his time and educated me on the car I was getting into. Next car I buy will be with him only incredible salesman
This dealership helped me incredibly much. They stayed after hours just to help me find a great car for a awesome price. Leo, Pedro, and Brian were all very nice and I greatly appreciate all their help.
Mark was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and did not give me the "car salesman" feeling. He listens and pays attention to your remarks. I was very satisfied with the buying experience. Hertz gives great deals on those used cars, I did not even negotiate. The facility is comfortable but looks like a trailer with AC that does not need to be blasting! While the finance guy (bought my car cash) was very nice and courteous, the buying process could be shorter. Although this is not due to Hertz's financial service, but to the number of documents we have to sign. I have to point out that it was much faster at Hertz than at my previous dealership. So to conclude, go there, buy it, and drive home.
