His transparency and dedication to customer care made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I would recommend this car to someone who specifically wanted a performance-oriented car. If I had to do over again I may not purchase it. Simply for the road noise and harshness. And the 19-in wheels. The tires are very hard to find and of course the car comes without a spare. I've been stranded twice already.

Best car for under 30k. Its performance is great and it very reliable. You could easily have this car as your daily-driver and there is also a decent amount of cargo space

When I was looking to this segment of cars, I thought I would be driving a Mazda 3 and bored out of my mind. Low and behold, at the same dealer, there was a Veloster N. Drove it, studied about it and brought one home. I am a spirited driver and I feel that this car delivers much more than I will try to get out of it. Acceleration is amazing. The handling is tight and it wants even more in the corners! The E-LSD is SOOOO worth it. Makes the car really fun! It is so tight that I got the rear to come around in a corner. What fun!

I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.

Bought my 2021 Velo N in Dec of 2020; have had no problems at all with it. I find it considerbly ore entertaining than the 2008 Corvette that I traded in for it. Those who'va haad issues with this car are ones who have modded it. Leave it stock.

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

This car provides exciting till of driving. Excellent sound and drives around the corners Fast without problems. The power is great with the performance package with 275 horses.

Car has performance of cars costing twice as much. Best sports hatch one can buy today anywhere in the world. So much fun! Designed by former lead of BMW M division who has been at Hyundai N division for 5 years. Great car for all uses but what makes it so special is the special engine sound and the thrill driving it.

Most fun driving car I have ever owned. I also drive it on the race track on HPDE days and it is the most fun car I have ever driven. The ability to set the car up the way you want it to drive is great, adds so much to the fun factor.

I stopped in for some urgent help in finding out how to use an overhead seat belt. Bob Bishop helped me understand how when I bought the used Honda. Needing to use this safety belt on Easter I tried in out and had problems with each step. I drove over this morning, April 3, 2026, and found help. Beside the helpful desk staff I was helped by Nathan and Curt with respect and efficiency. I wanted to give them credit for the time they spent with the problem and will feel much safer this Sunday. What I read about my Veloster N was true. Best little fun car made for the buck. Everyone I know loves the look and the performance and still can serve as an eco commuter. You won’t regret buying it. And the price is right!!

Went to the service department reference questions about my oil and the start button on my vehicle. My received great customer service from Key and Marlon. Marlon even showed me the level of oil and how to determine certain features and topped off my windshield fluid. They both insured all my questions were answered and Key followed up prior to me leaving. Great service!!!!!
