I bought my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited AWD with just over 123,000 miles in August 2022. So far I’ve put over 5,000 miles on it and have had no major issues (issues I have had will be talked about later). I only have a few complaints about this vehicle. First would be that it would be nice to either have more rear heating/air conditioning vents or dedicated rear heating/air conditioning. The other complaint I have is that I tend to press the radio buttons on the steering wheel while turning. Another complaint I have is that I’m currently only getting 16-18 mpg city (whereas EPA estimate is 20). This was a little difficult to adjust to as I was getting 22-25 in my 05 Kia Spectra I traded in but is a bit better than the 8-10 in my 99 Dodge Durango (that I also traded in). The materials are ok for what they are as well. The plastics are plastic, but not flimsy. The carpet is carpet and does what it does. It doesn’t seem like cheap carpet, but it isn’t high quality either. I’ve got all weather floor mats, so not much gets on the carpet. I’ve got “leather” seats (front are heated as well) and the material is good quality (better than the plasticky leather I had in the Durango) and are for the most part comfortable. Soft touch places on the doors and other interior pieces are mostly the same texture and “cushion” as the seats. I’m mostly impressed with the sound system. The 10 speaker infinity system sounds better than most sound systems I’ve heard, I only wish that was Android Auto/Apple Car Play compatible. Only major issue I’ve had was the alternator and battery going bad (battery was about 5 years old, and alternator seemed to be original and was a pain to change). Also, when I bought it, I knew I had to replace front struts and ball joints as I could tell the alignment was off my tire wear. I replaced the struts and complete control arms (easier than just the ball joint). These parts were all original and there were obvious signs the vehicle was taken off road. An upcoming issue that I’ll probably have this summer is it looks like I’m going to be needing to change the water pump as I can see coolant leaking from around it. Other than my 2008 Subaru WRX I had a few years ago, this is the best running & driving vehicle I’ve had.

I had a 2015 Elantra that that I loved but it was totaled in a wreck. It kept me safe so I looked for another Elantra and found my 2016 with low miles in 2021. It's given me zero issues in almost 20K miles of driving. I just did the 45K maintenance at the dealer and got the security issue updated; otherwise, just oil changes and tire rotations. Lots of room, even with two car seats in the back. Decent power for its size and great gas mileage. My 2016 has a few less features than my 2015 did (no Bluetooth, no audio controls on steering wheel, no heated leather seats) but performs just as well. My only complaint is that the tint is starting to peel but that's due to the Florida sun.

This was my first time visiting this dealership. I went in for service, oil change, and tire rotation. I’m very pleased with the service that I received starting with Vinny Kempczynski. Vinny came across as honest, and sincere. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. My travel from 4800 South, and 400 East to receive service here, did not bring me disappointment. Thanks to Vinny. BTW, while there I engaged in conversation with another Happy Hyundai customer, and she described Vinny as her favorite. We both are well-done seniors so whey to go Vinny!

Seats are very uncomfortable, and the entire interior is made of cheap plastic that rattles. Low visibility out rear window. Suspension isn’t very good either

Went in to browse a little. I’ve always wanted a BMW, and the PHEV versions were piquing the interest of my green side. I knew everything was on a waitlist, so I didn’t expect too much. Then I met Gus. We chatted a bit, and I told him about my interest in the PHEVs. Well, as it turned out, they had a 530e sitting on the lot. As soon as I sat inside I was in love. Gus is an amazing salesman. Courteous, attentive, no pressure at all. Just wanted to get me something I wanted, and good luck prevailed! Would go back again and again!

Bought a new one 2017 .love bought it in Chattanooga tn just 6 mo later moved to Washington state st ..and was worried how it handled driving in and on snow and ice ..turns out does very good .never have had any issues .I wished I got the upgraded one that included heated seating and tented window or the leather seats .but wasting to save money.

We would highly recommend Countryside Nissan! We arrived at Countryside Nissan to look over some vehicles that we had seen on their website. Both Tim D. and Chuck I. greeted us kindly while offering their assistance. They provided excellent and attentive service, closely listening to what we were looking for in a used vehicle and promptly bringing us to the specific ones we asked to see and then providing us with other comparable options as alternatives, as we had stated we were open to others as well. Tim & Chuck were very low-key and neither tried to rush us into a vehicle or push us into buying anything. They allowed us to test drive any of the vehicles we wanted. We decided to go home and consider these as options. Tim followed up with us a couple days later as a vehicle with all the options we were looking for had just been traded in. We went the next day to look at the vehicle. This truly was EVERYTHING we were looking for and had asked for in options and amenities! Long story short, after a comprehensive test drive and review of the car’s options, service record, etc, we decided this was the car for us! And if that doesn’t say enough, completing the paperwork was a breeze also! Tim & Chuck thoroughly reviewed all the pages with us without keeping us there for hours or leaving us with questions or feelings of being bogged down with irrelevant information. All the while bringing us a couple of drinks and checking in for understanding! We are SO grateful that both Tim & Chuck listened intently to what we were searching for, because as soon as that vehicle, which had everything we wanted, was traded in, they thought of us, and now we are driving around in the PERFECT vehicle! AND, it didn’t stop there, Chuck followed up with us a couple days later to check in & see how we have been enjoying it! Such a great team over at Countryside Nissan, that’s for sure! And, they really showed how much they care, from beginning to end of our car buying experience :)

My first EV, bought used in 2023. I've gone 2,500 miles in it and loved all of them. I thought about a hybrid before deciding I wanted a pure EV without redundant systems. I opted for the highest trim, with its adaptive cruise control, heated and cooled seats, nav, better audio, etc. The car has instantaneous power, and plenty of it; seating is comfortable in front and doable in back; a low center of gravity helps it dance through curves, and it feels nimble and quick at highway speeds. If you use it as a city hopper then standard wall outlet 110v charging is probably fine, getting you some 50 miles overnight. So far I still think "what's not to love!"

Great buying experience and follow up. Seneca arranged for everything that was missing or needed to be replaced in the used plug-in electric hybrid Audi e-tron A3 that I purchased from them and he delivered within a week. They have great connections with local dealers and will help you with anything, even setting up an online auction for your trade-in if you want the fair value that is above what the dealers will offer you. I will definitely return to buy my next ( probably fully electric this time ) vehicle from them.

I have owneed my 2006 Hyundai Tucson. Love it! Starts and runs like a sewing machine, yet has turbo power to accelerate when needed. 75,000 miles on it and very reliable. The drivers side window did stop working - the "regulator" - an inside panel that the motor, window guides, and speaker attach to, needed replacing - $100 labor, $50 part from Amazon.

We travel alot with 5 adults plus all the luggage. This vehicle is super comfortable, dependable and easy to use. Perfect for our long trips to Arizona! It’s a daily driver for my wife and she loves it. She drives everywhere in Southern California ! Loves it.

It was a very quick process. I was told I was approved in what I was approved for came in test drove n was out.

This is on a 2004 Sonota that has 191,000 miles. I bought it new and it has never been back to the dealership for a warranty issue. It has 2.7 v-6 and doesn’t use any oil between oil changes. This by far has been the best car I have ever owned. Good gas mileage, I’m 6’3” and has plenty of leg room. Yes I would buy another.

I've had my 2023 Elantra HEV for 1200miles so far. Averaging 50 mpg with mix of hwy/city driving. All the tech works well, and there is a lot of tech! It is a smooth and comfortable ride for a non-luxury compact car. I sold my Lincoln Continental to buy this simply because I plan on driving it cross country a lot over the next few years and it will be under warranty for 100k/ 10 years and for the MPG. So far, i am very happy with the purchase, and my wife always wants to drive it, instead of my Subaru Outback or my Mercedes E320.

Let me start by saying I hate when it’s time to purchase a new car. My husband and I had two appointments at different dealerships to look at two different makes and models of cars. Our first appointment was with Todd Salinas at Webb Hyundai in Merrillville. We arrived early test drove the vehicle and loved it! Todd was great and wasn’t pushy about a sale. We signed our papers with Rob Beem who is equally as friendly. Bottom line we arrived at 2:40pm and was out the door by 5:20pm. Keep in mind that my husband had at least a 20 minute conversation about canceling our second appointment, which we did. That was crazy fast!!! I walked in cranky and left smiling! Job well done!!!

The trunk gets stuck it closed on my fingers. The gas mileage is great and it’s never ran out on gas on me before and the GPS system could use a little work but all in all a good car if you have 2 kiddos.

I come in to service all the time and Dennis and his team are great! Always providing me with great insights on my vehicle and I enjoy the videos of my vehicle as well! This is a great car. I love the back-up camera, heated seats, no smoking in, very low mileage, fast and safe for my little one. The back seats go all The way down or part way. I sit higher, has a slap-shift. Great car!

Recently purchased a used/leased 2019 Tucson and wanted a stable safe vehicle. For a single person this compact SUV is great. comfortable ride, enough cargo space for groceries. As a metro driver the gas mileage is on par with other vehicles. test drove a crossover and was not happy with the bumpy ride nor the cargo area. Checked having fun with this car, but it is really an about town for errands car.

Purchased used in 2019 with 74000 miles. Great car with exception of air ride. Had purchased warranty. After 1 year + and over $6000.00 in repair cost the local Equus dealers service manager finally told me “ we don’t know how to fix it”. I found after market suspension (conventional), had my mechanic install and been great ever sense. When the air ride worked it was great. When it failed it would knock your fillings out. Boos to Hyundai for not stepping up to the plate on this.
