I have been a very happy and satisfied customer of Rosen Hyundai for about 6 months, and they way I became a customer is quite interesting. I took a friend to Rosen to look at a pre-owned Elantra Limited (with no plans of buying a car myself). Our sales associate was Andrew Heiduke, a tall gentleman with an outgoing personality, infectious smile and boundless energy. He explained that his job was to provide us with the most current and best information possible so that our experience at Rosen would be pleasurable. My friend looked at and test drove at least 6 cars that day before settling on the one he would buy. At no time did Andrew pressure us about anything. He was only too happy to keep bringing us the cars we had selected to drive. He said something to me that resonated with me and told me that I had found the right dealership. He said, "I want to make sure you are 100% happy and satisfied and I hope we have the car you are searching for" Andrew gets it. He totally understands that it's about building relationships and establishing trust. The number one rule of customer service. Happily, we did find the car we were searching for. A nearly flawless 2011 Black Elantra Limited. Andrew then introduced us to Dominick Logan, the sales manager, so that we could continue in the next step of the process. Dominick is definitely atypical when it comes to Sales Managers, especially at car dealers. He is a nice guy, calm and unassuming. What totally impressed me was his attitude. It was pleasant and supportive. He did not posses the typical "this is the price of the car, are you going to buy it or not?" attitude that I had previously encountered at the competition. He was fair, easy going and a pleasure to work with. Our car buying experience was simply great. If you're in the market for a well built car with lots of tech, comfort and exceptional value, and want to be treated with dignity and respect, then Andrew and Dominick are the people you need to see, and Rosen Hyundai is where you need to go. I kept in contact with Andrew over the next couple of months and visited the dealer several times looking for the right car for me, but with no luck. Until one Saturday, I received a call from Andrew. He said "I think I found the car you have been looking for". It was a one owner, garage kept, 2013 Pacific Blue Pearl Sonata SE with all options and only 30k on the clock. I went immediately to test drive it, and Andrew was spot on. This was definitely the car for me. It was stunning to look at. Quick, quiet and comfortable to drive. Supportive heated power leather seats with lumbar support, paddle shifters, moonroof, premium audio with navigation (rivals the Mark Levinson audio system in a Lexus) The fit and finish on this car was perfect. NO squeaks, wind noises or rattles. I purchased the car on the spot and have been totally happy with it since. I have had my car back to be serviced for routine items and found that the sales department is equally as exceptional as the sales department. Too bad I could not give them 6 stars. Overall just perfect. The consistently exceeded my expectations and made me a customer for life. I was so impressed with my experience at Rosen that I am considering changing careers. After 26 years as a nursing executive, maybe it's time to talk to Rosen about a career change and be part of their team. I am looking forward to my next purchase with them and you should too!
