I knew exactly what I was looking for. I started my search on CarGurus. I found a 2016 Jeep Rubicon at Wholesale Inc. I filled out the deal arrangement on their website for my trade and purchase of the Jeep. The next morning a Wholesale sales representative (Dylan Adams) text me about my inquiry. He informed me that the Jeep I wanted had been sold already. But, he said he could find me just about anything I wanted. I told him exactly what I was looking for and within an hour we worked out a deal on a 2018 Rubicon for a great price. I did 90% of my dealings through text and only spent an hour at the dealership. It was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Dylan and Wholesale Inc. to anyone looking for any vehicle.

I traded in a 2010 Genesis 3.8 premium for a 2016 3.8 AWD with the signature package. I was a bit of a brand snob and before buying my previous Genesis I shuddered at the proposition of owning a Hyundai. I liked the Genesis from day one.....but it's a Hyundai!? My 2010 Genesis was literally the best car I've owned. I've had a couple Lexus's, Cadillac, was raised in a BMW family, this Genesis beats them all. My 2016 is only a week old to me and it has surpassed all my expectations. Adequate power, great interior and ergonomics, bank vault quiet and solid. I drove a Mercedes CLS with AWD at the dealership I purchased from and the Genesis felt like the better car. You have to drive one. If you do, and your honest with yourself, you'll find those Hyundai preconceptions leave you in a hurry!

I imagine there are many people out there that find the dealership experience of car shopping and buying a car to be painful, stressful, or even aggravating. I include myself in that feeling! So a few things happened that caused me to go to the Hyundai dealership - even though I avoid new cars like the plague. (big commitment for no ROI) I had learned the day earlier that my current car was "unfixable" and that it had served it's duty through 187,000 miles. You have to appreciate a car like that, and I very much did. So I immediately took to Craigslist and started the used car search as well as looking at some reputable dealers in my area online for a replacement. And I felt like my wheels were spinning...no pun intended. What did I want to do? Go through the hassle of searching, and meeting all kinds of random sellers, and running carfax on everything? It tired me just thinking of it. So to cut to the chase - I opted to go to the local Hyundai dealership and see what specials they were offering. What brought me to Hyundai aside from a dead car? Word of mouth. Actual Proof. Nothing more...My sister drives one, my boss drives one, 3 of my co-workers drive one. And they have nothing but good things to say about their vehicles. I was greeted by Cory Carpenter within moments of heading towards the building; just a friendly hello and how can I help you. And I laid it out...I need a car. Period. I explained to him my needs and cost expectations, and instead of being your typical salesperson, he was the "advisor" I had hoped for. He did not try and up-sell me unnecessarily, and he gave me honest feedback regarding a choice between two models based on my needs. (mind you, it was the less expensive model that he recommended). Corey easily walked through the features of the vehicles and discussed the current special that I was considering taking advantage of. Very simple and straightforward. He brought over his Sales Manager, Jason Moore, when questions arose that he didn't have the immediate answer for. (which were more related to financing, not the specs on the vehicle) In the end, I bought a car from these gentlemen. They were professional, smart, and certainly gave me a new outlook on a car buying experience. There were negotiations for a few rounds and the result was more than fair. The whole process was smooth and painless - who knew! When the car was pulled up for me to take home, Corey showed me all the pertinent functions and also the fun bells and whistles that come with buying a new 2017 model. Aside from the great customer service, the car itself just about left me speechless. It was so new! The features were above and beyond my expectations. Technology enhancements galore...I had to even come back again on another day for Corey to show me more... So, I happily recommend the car buying/shopping experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs. This team sends out the right message, and treats their prospective customers well. I could not be more pleased with the experience and hope it will help others out there to take a chance on this brand.

I went in with fairly poor credit and was looking fo buy my first vehicle. The manager came and spoke to me personally and scheduled me an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, it was raining and they met me at the car with an umbrella!..Its the small things really...Anyhow, my sales associate was Joseph and he was not at all what I expected out of a car dealer. He wasnt pushy, but confident. He knew his stuff and was on the phone with banks for several hours. He found a deal we could both agree to and I bought my first car! Love it and I highly recommend this KIA. Also note, the owner was super friendly and would come around and talk to customers the entire time I was there. He made me feel welcome. Other car dealerships I feel like Ive been tossed into a shark tank and if i didnt express interest in buying right then and there, I was ignored. I was never ignored here but i also wasnt constantly badgered by a salesperson.

Plenty of room in the interior, both front and back . Adults can comfortably sit in back seating. I had the Sport model and loved the heated seats in the winter. I would still own this car if I hadn't been offered a great deal on a newer model.

1st off Ive never heard of Wholesale until cars.com, and we go to Mount Juliet a lot . We were in the Market for a minivan and have been on the search for awhile. I came across a Dodge 2017 Grand Caravan sxt, that Wholesale posted. My husband and I decided to go take a look. Now we were not set on a certain make, I thought I wanted a Toyota Sienna or Honda Odyssey. The day before we almost bought a 2013 Sienna. It didnt feel right so we decided against it, and left. Thank goodness we did because what is so cool about Wholesale is they have pretty much anything you would want. When we arrived we were greeted by Matt Holland. He was extremely nice and very easy to talk to. He asked us what we wanted (me being the vague person that I am tried to explain what we wanted or thought we wanted). He took us to the lot and showed us the Sienna's, Odysseys, Quest, etc. He did not rush us and we extremely helpful with answering any questions that we had. After looking at a ton of vans we decided our favorite was the 2017 Dodge that I saw on cars.com. The buying process was very smooth. It didn't take forever like some places. All in all We are very happy with our purchase and so glad we found this place, and if we are ever in the market for another vehicle we will be going here! Also wanna add John Lennon was extremely pleasant as well.
Problems with turbo.

Dealer is stumped put new turbo in but on test drive it is doing the same thing. Loses power and just chugs along PCM detected an unexpected high voltage on the turbocharger booster control position sensor A circuit. Code: P2565

I've bought 25+ vehicles over my lifetime and my recent experience with Jeff Williams at Toyota of Cool Springs was as pleasant as any and better than most. It took two trips over a 6 week period because my wife and I were having a hard time deciding on exterior/interior color combinations for a Highlander Ltd. Plat. (My complaint would be directed at Toyota Mtr. Corp for apparently not making Ltd. Plat. in Predawn Grey Mica with Almond interior which would have been our first choice.) When we decided to make a purchase I e-mailed Mr. Williams with whom I had worked on my first trip and he called me back. I told him what we were interested in and to see what he could find and he came back with a few which were on the dealer finder site. I was more interested in one I had seen on the on-line Toyota customer site and had located on a dealer's site, gave him the info and he was able to find the vehicle and that it was available. He didn't find it originally on the dealer's finder because of a communication mix-up on equipment I wanted. (I'm still waiting for my finder's fee - LOL) We went to the dealership, worked a deal which considering my research I felt was fair to both the dealership and me, Toy of CS worked out a swap and Mr. Williams went himself to swap the vehicles, returned and had the Highlander detailed, gave us the vehicle tutorial, and we were out the door with our new Highlander 9 hours after contacting Mr. Williams, and that included 3 hours drive time to go and get the vehicle. Mr. Williams made the process enjoyable because of his friendly, low-key approach. Perhaps it's because both of us are retired public servants (in very different fields) but I felt a connection, he clearly is a people person who genuinely wants to help you with the car-buying experience. I would recommend Jeff Williams to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota. I must add that my brief interaction with Denzel Petway was most enjoyable and that Fernando Nunez, my finance/closer person, was the least pressure encounter I have had during that process in a long, long time. We will see how the service dept. is in a few miles. Hopefully my impression there will be as positive as sales. From the buying experience it appears the Toy of CS is not the typical large dealership, and that's a good thing.

My experience with Hyundai of Cool Springs started with a visit to the Hyundai USA site. I was looking to learn more about the Kona, so I did the "Build & Price" option to get an idea of features and price. Once I completed the build, I filled in my information, which then connected me with Hyundai of Cool Springs. From the 1st e-mail response received from them, I could already tell that they were different from the other dealerships I've communicated with in the last month. This first e-mail was more a thanks for reaching out to us and letting me know how they got my contact information. It was very laid back with letting me know that the communication and buying process was all up to me. They were there to help with whatever I needed. I received a second email that day from Rick Shephard who would be the sales professional to guide me through everything. Rick sent a nice e-mail, that automatically put me at ease. I felt no pressure in what to do next, unlike other places that at this point would have called, e-mailed and texted me about coming in ASAP. Rick was more what can I do to help you, and whenever you are ready to come in, just let me know, and I can get you scheduled for an appointment. Needless to say, I scheduled an appointment to come in later in the week. On the day of the appointment, as soon as I parked and got out of my car, I was received with courteous professionalism. One of the employees was out on the lot with one of the service guys, and they both stopped their conversation to make sure I found Rick for my appointment. With Rick, he was informed about the Kona but also very attentive to what we were specifically looking for with it. He walked us through the features and different trims. After talking about the car, we took it for a test drive. Throughout the drive, Rick continued to answer all our questions and provide a little more information regarding the handling of the vehicle. By the time we got back to the dealership, I felt as well informed as possible about the Kona. We sat back down after the drive and prepped for the meat and bones of the car buying process - the negotiation and sale. For me, this tends to be the most uncomfortable part of the experience. For me though this dread and fear never materialized. Rick laid out the offer, which my wife and I discussed. We didn't like the numbers as they were higher than what we were looking for. Rick asked us what we didn't like. We talked about where we were looking to be at and where we felt we were in the process. After listening, Rick brought us back a 2nd offer that answered every concern we had. We said yes then and there. This is the 2nd car my wife and I have purchased in the last year, and I can say without a doubt that this was a far better experience. Hyundai of Cool Springs for me is a model dealership that others can learn from. From their service guys to sales to their finance manager, they understand what customer service means. If you're in the market for Hyundai (or not sure what car you want), I highly recommend visiting here. It's great service, great cars, and all at great prices.

My experience with this dealership was positive on all fronts. I found the vehicle online and contacted the dealership via online tools. I received follow-up within 15 minutes of the dealership opening (sent the message late at night) via the requested medium of communication. I was promptly connected with a sales representative who kindly answered my questions and coordinated a visited from 2.5 hours away. The salesman (Ricky) was very patient, courteous, and professional. The price offered on the vehicle was fair, the trade-in offer for our vehicle was the best we had been offered by any dealership, and everything was explained clearly. The finance representative who finalized our transaction had a great personality and made this part of the process a positive experience. The dealership itself is impressive with a beautiful aquarium and a wonderful atmosphere in which to conduct business. On all fronts, I highly recommend this dealership to those seeking their next vehicle. Overall I love my Kona. Limited. The 1.6 turbo has plenty of punch and has the power to pass or merge onto the Interstate without worry. It has minimal turbo lag. Seats are comfortable Interior is a little spartan despite the leather in the Limited. Corners well. Small cargo area but expected in this price range. This is a daily driver and I really enjoy driving it. No quality issues. Highly recommend this car

Having relocated to the Nashville area from the Northeast, I had waited to purchase a vehicle in a Southern market. The delivery process was seamless, and they have found a new customer who will strongly recommend this facility. I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle because the Corolla I had driven for seventeen years was totaled in a collision. I was apprehensive because I had not had a car note in over 10 years and knew the cost of many things had gone up. I approached the dealership with the mindset that I needed another Toyota because of its dependability and low cost maintenance. I had spoken with Celeste Hunter and when I came in she had the evening off. J.B. Avery III was the salesman that came to me to ask if I needed assistance with anything? I said... "Yes, I was looking for Ms. Hunter." He informed that she was off for the evening, but he would be happy to assist me in whatever I was looking for. I did not have any intention on purchasing.... I was just looking around because I would have more time on Friday. I ended up test driving a Camry and then decided on purchasing the VW CC. I came in on Friday to get paper work on Marta and I got the opportunity to meet Celeste Hunter. She said they worked as a team and J.B. Avery had told her about the sale. She as happy for me. What a dream come true for me!!! The whole experience was great from beginning to end. I was not pressured nor rushed to close the deal. Everyone in the dealership seemed to be assisting me in getting my insurance information, employment, and qualifying papers I needed to close the deal. When Mr. Avery came back to the waiting area dangling two beautiful set of keys to my new car...I said....."What!!!!!" It was amazing. Engine died at 49,000 miles

I bought my 2016 used when it was two years old and had 35,000 miles on it. At 49,000 miles the engine died and needed to be replaced. I was lucky that I did not go over the 50,000 mile mark, because then I would not have qualified for a free replacement since I was the second owner. The new engine is doing well, but this is still a cautionary tale. Also, I had t get one headlamp replaced about five times before it worked properly, and that was expensive.

I traded this car in for a 2018 MB E400 coupe. HOWEVER this car was well worth the money! It rides like a S550 There is no hesitation in performance. It is not a sports car it’s a cruiser and it does it well! 4,8 even 12 hour drives you will always enjoy being in it and driving it. The passenger(s) all love the ride and comfort. The ONLY negative thing is RESELL! OMG you will loose your lunch. I bought new and would have like to die on the numbers. So if you buy ANY Hyundai product NEW keep it until it is paid off!

My customer service experience here was beyond amazing, and I came in just for an airbag replacement. Lo and behold I was treated like royalty even with my well loved 12 year old CR-v hoopty with over 100000 miles. I was in 30 minutes early for the appointment and they got started anyway. My kid was thrilled with all the snacks and free WiFi and the young lady who took care of me was SO nice. I'll be back to this dealership for my high mileage inspection. You can't beat the free car wash they give everyone either. 💯

I bought it used with 90k on it. Got a good price, it was in great condition, everything was fine. Honestly though, not one problem...until it blew a head gasket at 120k. It is in no way an easy fix (knew that ahead of time). Apparently, Hyundai's solution, is to replace the entire engine. I found someone to "fix" it. Well, a month later, they are...wait for it...replacing the engine. Now, my summation for this car, as the title states, is that it's a great vehicle, until you get past 100k. Then, and many forums show this, things get real expensive. And this is no matter how well you take care of it. So lease maybe?

After thoroughly scouting multiple dealer websites for the past month and test driving about 5 different vehicles, I can say that without a doubt, no other dealership provides the lifetime incentives and customer service quite like the Nelson Mazda dealership in Cool Springs. First of all, the sales associate who helped me purchase my vehicle was beyond friendly and I really appreciated his up-front approach and no gimmicks sales approach. I felt as though VJ helped me make the best decision for ME, not just for the dealership or his sales #s. I was torn between a mid range luxury SUV and the Mazda CX-5, which I ended up purchasing, but after driving the car and learning about the EXTENSIVE safety features (which I would have had to shell out an additional $4k for at the other dealer), I knew the Mazda was the obvious choice. After having lost my previous car under pretty stressful circumstances, I was very hesitant and full of anxiety about buying a new car and especially finding a car I loved that fit my budget and my want for tons of extras/options. Fortunately, I left the Volvo, Acura and BWM dealers behind and chose to test drive the Mazda because ???heck,why not????....and I think it???s pretty safe to say I am very happy and excited about my decision. 10/10 would reccomend.
