We set a time in an hour and when I arrived Daniel had both SUVs I inquired about, up front, washed/detailed and ready to test drive. First, I hate going to car dealerships and it's a stressful situation I try to avoid but Daniel made it a pleasurable experience. I've been in sales for over 26 years and I appreciate a good salesperson who doesn't make you feel like you're just a # or that is overly aggressive. Daniel asked great questions up front to ensure he was providing good service and not wasting my time. He cared about what I was looking for and what was important to me. I felt like he was listening and seeking to understand vs just selling me. I really appreciated that. I left that afternoon, torn on what I was going to do, as I had a couple of SUVs I was interested in at other dealerships, but in the end I came back to Groove Toyota because of Daniel. We made the sale on a busy Saturday and he stuck by my side through the entire process, which included me trading in my truck. To the management at Groove, you may have 80+ salespeople fighting for a sale, but it's the ones like Daniel who build loyalty out of customers like me by treating people with respect. Daniel represents your dealership with integrity and character, and these are qualities you just can't teach, but should appreciate.

2025 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport review
Bought my 2017 Santa Fe Sport in 2018 with about 60K on it, it was a rental, and it now has 260K and have had no major issues. I have maintained it very well with a full synthetic oil change, Mobil 1 oil only, about every 6000 - 7000 miles. I will never go 10,000 miles without an oil change regardless of the 20,000 mile guarantee that Mobil 1 offers. Nothing but normal maintenance, tires, battery, serpentine belt etc. I realize that all of them are that reliable but I have had very good fortune with this one. And do not be afraid to buy a rental, they usually maintain them very well.

I noticed the AC wasn't cooling and they had it in the shop the next day getting serviced. When I went to pick it up I noticed a sound in the console like a rolling marble and the second key was missing. They wrote these shortfalls up and will schedule an appointment to fix both issues. Great service and warranty on their vehicles. Not something you would expect on a used car purchase. I look forward to enjoying my new "used" car.
2020 Hyundai KONA review
I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

I purchased my first Volkswagen over the weekend! For the past 10 years, I’ve mainly owned Fords, and the last vehicle I purchased was almost six years ago. So, walking into a dealership on Saturday, I had a mix of expectations and anxiety. Let’s be honest—most people dread the car-buying process. Thankfully, my experience was nothing like what I had built up in my head. I was greeted professionally inside instead of being swarmed before I could even get out of my vehicle like a flock of birds, and my stress level immediately started to drop. I was connected with Jonathan Doucet, who took the time to walk me through the Volkswagen lineup. We talked about the features and things I wanted in a new vehicle, and he actually listened. He took my wants and needs into account and helped narrow things down as we walked through the lot. The vehicle information was easy to access, and Jonathan was able to answer every question I threw at him with accurate and knowledgeable answers. We narrowed it down to two vehicles to test drive, and after driving both, I was able to confidently choose the one I liked best: the Tiguan SE R-Line. Once I made my decision, Jonathan stayed professional and attentive as we moved into evaluating my trade-in and working through the numbers. He listened to what I wanted out of the deal, and the entire process flowed smoothly and efficiently. Then came finance—the part I was probably dreading the most. Honestly, the transition was smooth and surprisingly underwhelming... in the best possible way. Chris at the finance desk was great. There was no pressure or constant push to add every possible extra. He recommended and explained the available products, answered my questions, and respected my decisions without dragging the process out trying to convince me to buy more stuff. He got me through what is usually the most stressful part of buying a vehicle without making me want to bang my head on the desk, which deserves recognition on its own. Had since new. Over 92,000 miles and I just replaced front brake pads. Did rear pads at 65,000. Never had any issues. Very comfortable. Actually got over 31 mpg on highway for the 2.4 which is rated at 22-29 mpg

Love the new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL. It is a lot bigger and heavier than previous models. It handles very well, is quiet and very nice riding car. Lots of cargo space, roomy interior and well tricked out for a mid-range model. Gas mileage varies but depending on the wind conditions, but gets surprisingly good numbers. On a recent trip of about 120 miles, the car averaged 35+ mpg. We love the exterior looks of the car. No flaws detected from the manufacturer. So far, with about 1,800 miles on it, it is a great car!

Nick & Dezmond are truly the best!!!!!! Go see them if you are considering purchasing a SUV. I first contacted this dealership Tuesday, 6/30, and I was lucky to get Nick. Although, I loved the vehicle, I was hesitant due to price and the dealership being over an hour away. I did an application over the phone and within an hour Dezmond had an approval. I still wasn't comfortable with the payments. Nick DID NOT let me say it again DID NOT put any pressure on me when I declined. Fast forward to Friday Nick called me back, and advised me Dezmond was able to get me a better rate. This rate would keep my payments the same with Gap and extended warranty included. I made the drive and I was not disappointed. Nick is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained the details of the car, my contract and answered ALL my questions. Nick and Dezmond both was very personable and made me very comfortable. Never did I feel pressured or bamboozled. They were more than fair. Gave me adequate money for my trade and provided exemplary service. This whole experience was 1000/10. An although and hour away, these two are the only ones I want to purchase a vehicle from. Going forward they have all of my referrals. Ourisman please give these guys their kudos. PLEASE acknowledge them. They truly had a pleasant experience. AND best of all, after the test drive ans I officially said, YES, to the vehicle the process was less than an hr. Prior to coming to this dealership, I visited several others including, Mercedes and Landrover, this by far was my best experience. Ourisman again, please give them a bonus, I'm a hard customer. They make you be and look GREAT!!!! And anyone who needs a vehicle, please go see Nick and Dezmond.

2020 Hyundai SANTA FE review
We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

2025 Hyundai SANTA FE review
We have 24,000 miles on our 2025 Hybrid Santa Fe. We have had no problems with this vehicle. It is comfortable, roomy, and very fuel efficient. We get between 35 and 40 mpg depending on driving conditions. Great visibility, handling, and good ergonomics. All around great car for the money.

2025 Hyundai KONA review
Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

I love my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport SUV. It's stylish, comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I packed my Hyundai up with my most important and valuable items, including my dog, Sasha, and immigrated from Ontario, Canada, to Florida, USA to retire. That was in 2017 and my car is still as good as new now at the end of 2022. My Hyundai is a 2016. Love it !! ❤
