Bought my 2nd car from Napleton Iinfinity of Augusta. Errick was excellent and provided a satisfactory buying experience. Thanks to Cam and all his staff. I feel at home when I arrive to purchase or for routine service .
Is a reliable car

It has plenty space in the trunk,it also has plenty leg space real comfortable. Is a reliable car for small family is pretty good in gas.
This is our 2nd QX... we had a 2011 QX56 that gave us a great 128K miles. We purchased the 2018 base loaded up and it has not disappointed. We drove the Cadillac, Lincoln Nav and the layout, spacing, design, drivability is as good or better for 20K less. Most notably they have done an excellent job of making the cabin even quieter then the previous versions. Whisper quiet. Best back seat leg room of the entire segment.
The test driving experience and initial experience was great. The sales lady, Aalyiah, was great. Very friendly and professional and easy to talk to. The sales manager ruined the experience. Before I test drive, I told her I wasn't ready to buy, but that message somehow didn't stick with the sales manager. He would not let me leave. I had to lie to leave and even when I told him why I wa leaving, he acted like I was lying and kept hounding me with questions. They had me hooked until he came in. I will take my business elsewhere.
Best car I have ever owned!

This car met all of our needs from interior to exterior - bumper to bumper! We searched through every long wheelbase that is made and this is by far the best!
I was looking for a specific type of car and found one there that had to be brought to the dealership. It arrived on my sales persons day off and he came in just to show it to me...on his day off. There was never any pressure the staff was straightforward with no pressure. The best care buying experience I have had.

EXTERIOR: People have stopped me in parking lots, honked in traffic, and just stared. The exterior could not look any better 11/10 INTERIOR: How can you miss the market by 4 years with not having apple carplay or android auto? That is incomprehensible for a luxury brand? I know it is coming for the 2021 models, but undescribable how you can possibly miss that. Can't tell you how interested I would be to see the data on the people who like the setup for the dual monitors. It isn't what it displays, but I haven't seen anyone in the past 5 years use the GPS provided by the manufacturer. Who approves this kind of design? WAZE integration. TRANSMISSION: Either feels like the fastest thing on the market or slowest, most unpredictable. A car for this money should have a dual-clutch. Even in manual mode, the software will override and seem like its in automatic. BACKUP CAMERA: Without the expensive assist package, it has similar backup "lanes" as my mom's 2013 honda minivan... PERFORMANCE: Sits pretty low and has good ride control. Can switch in and out of lanes quick and firm SPORTS CAR FEEL: Not really. Has the looks for it, but you feel let down by the technology. Switching between the different drive modes doesn't offer enough difference to feel like you're getting your money's worth.
I test drive a few of these cars with different mileages and they all had similar features. Each car drove very well with great power at your disposal. If you’re in this price range this is a good car for you.
They are very professional and easy to work with on getting the best deal.

This review focuses on the Q50 AWD vs. the BMW 328ix. I was surprised about the driving performance and interior functions. The Q50 comes with more interior stuff, including a better experience with the control screens. In short, it has more tech on the inside. The Q50 has great acceleration and handling-faster the the 328. The BMW 328 still has superior handling and design-it's just got more swag. For the money, however, there's more confidence in driving the Q50 after the warranty runs out. Having just driven the Q50 in six inches of snow...it does very well, even on un-plowed side streets. In summary: The BMW 328 is cooler, and handles slightly better. The Q50 has better tech, is more comfortable, and still fun to drive.
This is so close to the perfect vehicle for me. The only thing missing is a back window that opens from the hatch and that is not important to everyone. So I would recommend the QX60 to anyone looking for an SUV
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
It was a good test drive

This was the first for me to test amongst many. I have 4 more vehicle to test before deciding which one to purchase. I hope to be done within a month.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
Best SUV Crossover in Luxury section

If you're looking for a SUV crossover, this is the car for you. The QX30 looks great not only from outside but its beautiful inside too. The soft touch leather finishing gives a luxury feel. It also borrows few features from Mercedes like door buttons, the main controller button etc. Comparing it to Mercedes GLA 250, this is QX30 is more affordable and it comes with touch screen which is missing in GLA250 base models.
QX 30 comes with several safety features such as blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, Navigation, Rear View Camera etc, but the best part which is missing in the most cars in same price range is the bird view or around camera view. QX30 does comes with a bird view which is really helpful specially while parking in a tight space. The only cons would be a little less space and head room as compared to a regular SUV's but since this is a crossover it is supposed to be smaller than a regular SUV. Still, a great car for a small family and as a owner you would definitely feel great driving this beauty.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This drives more like a car than a SUV. Love the inside. and outside. The car cameras are great but can be confusing when multiple views are on. Otherwise the car has been wonderful so far.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

The QX60 is an excellent family car. It is comfortable and roomy, while remaining high end and luxurious at the same time. The third row has more room than most.
GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PEOPLE WORKING THERE. LE3SS THAT AN HOUR TO GET IT CHANGED AND A CAR WASH. ENJOYED THE NONE NEWS STATION ON THE TV.
Q50 with 3.7L V6 is a monster

I bought Q50 just this week this is my second, my first car just gets totaled by a claim. The Q50 is a powerful car, that gives you the speed you wanted. However, the system of this car is kind of old, and the touch screen is slow, but this is no matter at all, the V6 will let you forgot those small issues. This is the car I personal believe worth to buy.
