This was my first visit to the Mercedes-Benz of Orlando location and it will certainly not be the last. Previously I’d been going to the location at the Millenia Mall due to it being closet to my home but the service there was always a nightmare. My experience here thankfully though was nothing short of amazing. My advisor, Marcus, was consistent with every stage of communication and execution. Meraliz was also very diligent in getting me a loaner vehicle while I awaiting the completion of my vehicle. I appreciate the attention to detail, professionalism, and prioritization.

I did not end up buying from this dealer, but the help I received and online contacts would be rated a 5. He was so helpful but never pushy. I only rated overall a 4 because I never actually made it to the dealership and cannot comment on final buying experience.

this dealer has it figured out. I bought a 2003 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 from them. They let me take it to a local mechanic before purchase. They supplied me with the Carfax as well, actually offered it before i asked. When i called and asked about the truck the described it exactly as it was. No games. Nissan/Infiniti really built one of the best cars created. I recently drove my car from South Florida to Las Vegas and I really gained so much respect for my car. I have not had one problem at all with my car. Routine Maintenance and Oil Change. Premium Petrol and Synthetic Oil are a must and are par for the course when purchasing a foreign luxury automobile. Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac, Lexus, Acura pale in comparison to the Infiniti M35

I’ve done everything from iridium spark plugs/power chip increases power and gas mileage/cold air intake/custom exhaust lowering back pressure/bought car in 2002 and Arlington have it /it is the cleanest 99 around-black with tan interior/original paint/but check this out I only get 11 mpg/suppose to get 17 mpg city /never did get that /the car is very well maintained, with only 80,000.00 miles on it /I get compliments all the time on the car/only thing is the gas mileage /I done everything!

Great car, reliable like Lexus. Only the infotainment system is clitchy and unreliable. Frustrating never know when it’s going to work. Wish it had apple CarPlay. Also, expensive to maintain due to underlying German components.

I have owned many vehicle brands over the years, including Mercedes Benz and BMW. The Infiniti Q70 is second to none. It is a well constructed vehicle, unlike its German counterparts, the Q70 has excellent reliability. Additionally, it has a well appointed interior a beautiful exterior, competitive performance and a 5 star safety rating. The AWD system is a plus. Kudos to Infiniti.

Hey hey hey! For anyone shopping for a car and looking at reviews I had a great experience! This was at Napleton in Sanford. My wife and I went into the store very skeptical and not trusting anything (reading reviews) and ready to combat anything that would be thrown at me. I have had alot of bad experiences and pushy upsales and then once you buy the vehicle “You are stuck” .With Jose he very transparent from the start and has been until this day. The whole situation went smooth and honest and even after i left and i had realized that i had a light that was not working (here we go)…..but again Jose had me come right in and it was fixed in less than 30 min. He even texted me with updates!! As always, this is just my solo experience but i will say I would buy another car from Napelton and not all car buying experiences are bad! Thank you Jose!

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

Okay, so a 2000-2001 Infiniti Q45's styling won't take your breath away. However, if you're looking for a high end and very solid highway cruiser at an incredible price then this is the car for you. You can find them with less than 100,000 miles for comfortably under $10,000.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Came from Miami to Central Florida to find a better deal. It was worth the trip. Saved money, and overall a pleasant experience. No nonsense, and they very kindly did not waste my time.

This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.
