He has always treated me fair and has saved me from paying for repairs that were covered by warranty. My vehicle was in for an Oil Change, Air Filter replacement, and new tires. The service dept ran into an issue getting my vehicle to align properly after multiple attempts with different technicians. Know that I was waiting at the location for my vehicle the Service Manager informed me of the issue and what was done to correct it to that point. He offered me the option of dropping off my vehicle a different day so they could get the issue taken care of. He also gave me a vehicle to use while my vehicle was being repaired as well as matching the tire price and even found a rebate on the tires I purchased. 2015 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4WD in January 2017 as a slightly water damaged vehicle with 18000 miles on it and have been pleasantly surprised at how reliable it's been! It's now at 66,000 miles and still working perfect in any kind of weather. Decent gas mileage, hauls anything I've put in it, gone from PA to Florida twice, Tennessee 3 times, and Myrtle Beach twice. I paid 10800 bucks for it in 2017 and I figure after 6 years of use and multiple trips ~ it's paid for itself already. The key is keeping proper maintenance!
