Great experience and stayed late to help us get in a great vehicle, Joey took great care of us
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Brighton Ford - MI review
My experience with Brighton Ford has been more than wonderful. Response to the phone call was fast. The phone conversation was friendly and courteous. And my appointment was quickly fixed. I received a text message to confirm the appointment and to provide me with the dealer address. Jeff Johnson met me with a warm welcome. He answered all of my questions. Even the other staff were nice. Despite the commitment to masks and social distancing, I felt a smile and kindness surrounding me when I dealt with Jeff Johnston and all Brighton Ford employees. I will definitely recommend all my friends and relatives to deal with Brighton Ford. Thank you, Brighton Ford. You deserve more than five stars.

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

I had an excellent experience working with Brent when purchasing my car. From the beginning, he was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything, provided detailed information, FaceTimed with me, and sent videos so I knew exactly what I was purchasing. Since I was traveling from another state, his honesty, communication, and attention to detail gave me the confidence to make the trip to the dealership. He even picked me up from my hotel and made the entire process easy and smooth. Brent was a big reason I decided to purchase the car from the dealership. He went above and beyond from start to finish, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend working with Brent Cram!

Golling KIA of Madison Heights review
"Brought my 2020 Kia Telluride ('Monster') in for an oil change and tire rotation today, and my service advisor Will Sills was absolutely top-notch. He was professional, thorough, and got everything handled quickly. The multi-point inspection came back flawless. Highly recommend asking for Will if you want your vehicle taken care of the right way!"

Mike Savoie Chevrolet review
Provided a loaner vehicle and completed on time. Not happy with GM quality since my 2025 Blazer which I had a transmission and radiator replaced in a year.
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Would recommend this vehicle. Overall very good value and has proven very reliable. Sorry to hear it is being discontinued Jeep had a winner and what I thought was a great tweeter between the Compass and Grand Cherokee.

LaFontaine INFINITI Ann Arbor review
I purchased A 2017 Chrysler 300S all-wheel drive With a 114000 miles Got a great deal. My salesman was Marcus he walked me through everything, the purchase, any questions I had, phone calls and text. He always returned my calls and answered all my questions. I was very happy with his professionalism and courtesy. Everything he told me about it was accurate. Even though I bought thI s car sight unseen, I Would highly recommend this dealership

LaFontaine Ford LansingReviews
LaFontaine Ford Lansing review
Everything falls on Courtney's shoulders. I live 2 hours away from Lansing. I sent a email interest in a Used truck Monday around 10PM. The next morning Courtney contacted me to tell me the truck I was interested in was available. Between phone calls and text messages my wife and I talked to her several times that Tuesday. By Tuesday night we bought the truck. Just by pictures and videos Courtney sent us. Our financing was pre approved but your fiance manager gave us a better deal he even stayed past 6pm to earn our business. The next day before noon the truck was in our driveway! Free delivery is AWESOME! The truck is everything Courtney said it was. We are very happy with it. Our feelings Courtney deserves a Salesperson of the month award and a big fat bounus.
