Great experience and stayed late to help us get in a great vehicle, Joey took great care of us
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Showcase Auto Sales LLCReviews
Showcase Auto Sales LLC review
I purchased a ford expedition through Jacob Reynolds and found it to be a pleasant experience. Jacob was helpful and professional. I was impressed by Showcase auto sales although you have to drive and check out the cars you are considering. The one I bought had a couple of problems that I found during my test drive and when I brought them up they had them repaired at no extra cost to me before I took possession of the vehicle. Now i am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Showcase auto for finding a vehicle.

Brighton Ford - MIReviews
Brighton Ford - MI review
My experience with Brighton Ford has been more than wonderful. Response to the phone call was fast. The phone conversation was friendly and courteous. And my appointment was quickly fixed. I received a text message to confirm the appointment and to provide me with the dealer address. Jeff Johnson met me with a warm welcome. He answered all of my questions. Even the other staff were nice. Despite the commitment to masks and social distancing, I felt a smile and kindness surrounding me when I dealt with Jeff Johnston and all Brighton Ford employees. I will definitely recommend all my friends and relatives to deal with Brighton Ford. Thank you, Brighton Ford. You deserve more than five stars.

I was immediately greeted by Rick Garza upon arriving at the dealership. Everyone at Jack Phelan Jeep in Countryside was patient and professional. I had an A++++ experience from walking in the door and all the way up to signing the paperwork. I purchased a used certified 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee at a great price. They've earned a new customer for life.

Cherif is amazing he's still helping me find an affordable vehicle. The vehicle I was to test drive was in an accident prior to my appointment. I'm a 63 yr old woman on a tight budget Cherif understands my needs and has been trying to find something for me, He is in touch with me daily, He has proven loyalty by his continued research of a car that is $4000 All my budget allows. For a salesman to work hard for me knowing I can only afford a $4000 car Is A Great Person .
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

I had an excellent experience working with Brent when purchasing my car. From the beginning, he was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything, provided detailed information, FaceTimed with me, and sent videos so I knew exactly what I was purchasing. Since I was traveling from another state, his honesty, communication, and attention to detail gave me the confidence to make the trip to the dealership. He even picked me up from my hotel and made the entire process easy and smooth. Brent was a big reason I decided to purchase the car from the dealership. He went above and beyond from start to finish, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend working with Brent Cram!

Fast and friendly. Telling friend and family. So close to home. Was referred to me by friend. To bad she didn't get credit for it, I never would have gone.
