AutoNation Ford Westlake review
We had a very good experience with Denise and Anthony when buying my new Bronco Sport. Denise was very thorough to make sure that the Bronco Sport was the right choice for us. Anthony worked diligently to ensure the very best financing price for us. Thanks for their patience with all of our extra little questions. We even walked over to service to talk about how they will work with us

Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby review
I had an amazing experience purchasing my car from this dealership. The whole process was so easy and smooth that I honestly didn’t even feel like I was buying a car — it felt more like grocery shopping! Everything was straightforward, stress-free, and well organized from start to finish. A special thank you to Jakob, the salesman, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable with every step, and never made me feel pressured. Truly one of the best salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a simple, hassle-free car buying experience!

Car Connection of Bedford review
I purchased a 2016 Range Rover from these guys sight unseen, and from day one the entire staff lead by Natalie and Craig were very honest and professional, which is a rare thing these days. They were very genuine and accommodating throughout the entire process. They are truly good people who understand, that it's not just about selling the car, but building lasting relationships, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a good used vehicle. Their customer service is second to none, and their service department follow their lead in striving for excellence. Superb Job Guys!

My experience was fantastic!! My sales man was Tyler J Harvey. He was very knowledgeable of all aspects of our new truck. He also took the time to help me and my wife set up our phones too the truck. Then Tyler even check in with us later to make sure that we didn’t need anything else. We will definitely be back to see him when we are ready for another vehicle.

2020 Jeep Cherokee review
The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. David Beasley has made the purchasing process seamless and smooth. There was no gimmick or trickery like most dealerships...just pure honesty and me driving away knowing that I got a great deal. I bought this red Equinox a year ago with David's assistance and this Jeep, Chocolate, two days ago, again with David's assistance. Many places prey on woman purchasers and try to force us into deals that will hurt us in the long run. Not Music City Autoplex. If you are looking for a great deal and good people to help you purchase your dream car....stop by and ask for David...let him know that me and Chocolate are getting along just fine. Happy Shopping!!!

Harvey's Auto Sales review
You won't find a better group of people to deal with. I have purchased several cars from them over the years. I have all my car service work done there. If you are looking for a vehicle and they don't have what you want, let them know. They will do their best to find what you need and take care of all the hassles. The waiting area is relaxed, has a nice TV to watch and coffee or tea to drink. Give them a try!

Trenton was laid, and very easy.To work with. I came to look at one specific vehicle, he did not try to steer me to any other vehicles. No pressure to purchase, and relaxed atmosphere. I purchased the vehicle, and this was probably the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Great price as well!

Mentor Nissan review
From the time I made the first call about my Nissan Murano Danny was very helpful and luckily had Andrew Chinchar take care of me. Andrew contacted me immediately and sent me videos, pictures and paperwork. Anything I ask for he was quick to respond. I drove over 4 hrs because of the great price and was greatly satisfied with the quality of the vehicle I purchased. The whole process was seamless and efficient. Mentor Nissan is a very warm and welcoming dealership and I only wish I didn’t live so far away so I could take advantage of their great service. Thank you Danny and especially Andrew Chinchar for the best experience ever buying my car. I love it!!
