This was my second service with them on 9/26/2023. From initial scheduling request through the service I couldn't have asked for more. My oil change

I was there today for an oil change and it took over 3 hours. Needless to say I wasn't happy about it but Christian was upfront and I chose to wait. I did appreciate the fact that my SA kept me informed. He and everyone I had contact with was friendly, and we all ended up laughing about it before I left. I will be back for my oil change and any other service issues as usual. Sometimes you just have to wait and if that's the biggest complaint I have then I can live with that.
