I just purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring-L from Klaben Chrysler and everything was 5-star from beginning to end. I had been to several dealerships (including Falls Motor City in Cuyahoga Falls -- an awful, 1-star dealership in every respect) and decided to visit Klaben after speaking on the phone with one of the salesmen, Greg Aster. I had had some experience dealing with Klaben's service department, which is fantastic, so I thought, why not see if I could get get a great deal on a new vehicle. Prior to visiting Klaben, I had also been to Fred Martin, which is a decent dealership, but they made me an offer on a new Pacifica and an offer on my trade and I just felt I could do better. Klaben had the same exact vehicle so I went there hoping for a better deal. I sat down with Greg and with the manager (I think his name is Jeff) and everything was finished in 20 minutes. They gave me a great deal on the new one and on the trade, and I don't think there's every been a time I purchased a vehicle and felt better about the deal I got or the entire experience. The whole thing was smooth as silk. And mad xxxxx to Greg, who was super easy to deal with and really went out of his way for me. We also had some great conversations about Dodge muscle cars and other cars as well since Greg and I are into all of that. I go to a lot of cruise ins and car shows and I'm always happy to speak with someone who shares an interest in old and new cars. Greg's also an expert poker player, and he had some great stories about that as well. I also have to mention the finance manager, Kim, who is an amazingly nice lady; she made that part of the experience a very easy one. She explains everything clearly, and she doesn't pressure you into buying extended warranties or any other add-ons. She just explains all of it and lets you decide. Of all the finance managers I've dealt with, she was definitely the best. Lastly, I should mention that I arrived at Klaben at 4pm and this went well past their 6pm closing time on Fridays and everyone stayed to get this done without any complaint whatsoever. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle and I'm sure the next time I plan to buy a new vehicle, I'll be going back to Klaben. There's nothing wrong with visiting several dealerships to try to get the best deal you can, but whatever deals you get from the other dealerships, go to Klaben and give them a chance to give you a better deal. And make sure to ask for Greg Aster. You'll definitely be treated right.
