Great experience, Al was Great! I have financed twice before with other dealerships and its the typical spending hours to discuss, finalize & drive away with a car.. Branhaven was the opposite! Super helpful in discussing what my best options were, the whole process was smooth and quick! This car meets my needs, is comfortable, has a beautiful design and awesome features; one of my favorites is engine stops once at a brake, in order to save on gas and polutants.
Have been eyeing a cupple on the lot .....got all im looking for.....just have not been able to get to see and test drive yet.....they have not pressured me for info or sales ..if they have what im looking for at the right time....i will follow up and continue the process...

I love the Compass! I've never felt more safe in a vehicle. It has everything I need and I'm excited to drive it every day. The cold weather package is awesome and another feature is it turns off when stopped! I'm so happy with my purchase.
I leased a Jeep Compass a couple of months ago and still completely in love with it. Michael was knowledgeable and always willing to help in anything I had a question about. It was quick, easy and painless. It was just an overall great buying experience!I would without a doubt continue to do business with Branhaven and especially Michael!

My new Jeep Compass Limited
is all I had asked for.
My new vehicle is just what I wanted,
with all the bells and whistles.
I just spoke with the service department about the airbag recall and he was so pleasant and helpful I needed to place a positive comment here. I bought my Magnum here and I did not feel I got a good deal but given how they responded to this recall so well, I would reconsider buying another car here. Good job, Chris. I am not related to any employee here nor even know anyone. This was a real unsolicited review.

This car has plenty of technology that comes standard, the legroom is amazing both in the front and back seats. It has a large cargo area, and seats fold down to make it even larger. The engine has more power than you think a 4 Cylinder would have, and the 4x4 option is a must!
My wife and I were going to buy a car from another dealer, but luckily for us, we checked online and found that Executive Jeep in North Haven had the best dealer discounts, as well as a greater number of models that we could choose from. Both Dave Jones and Stephanie Ney made the selection and decision process so easy and stress free. And Pablo was a pleasure to deal with on our financing. Executive Jeep provided an all-around professional, efficient and friendly car buying experience!

A lot more bells and whistles than the wife needed but she will figure it out eventually. In the meantime a nice vehicle for me to drive.
Yesterday I went into executive Jeep because my lease was coming to an end for my 2014 Versa. I had previously worked with Don who seemed to bend over backwards to help me get the right price the first time. I willingly went back to him because I knew he would treat me well. Don had shown me several vehicles that would be in my price range and finally set me at a beautiful 2016 Altima. I was happy and ready to go and when the paperwork was being finished I was told there was a problem through the dmv saying I had previously dropped my insurance ( Which I didn't) and they couldn't register the car.
After several calls to the dmv I got no information or was put on hold for well over an hour. I finally went to the DMV and after waiting 30 minutes I was given the same phone number to call that I had already called and got no information from. I left feeling saddened that I had already put the deposit on my car and may not be able to go home with it. When I returned to the dealership i was greeted by the general manager Michael who immediately wanted to help me get home in my new car since I had already been at the dealership for 6 hours.
Michael took my insurance information, license and all needed paperwork and went to solving my problem. He called the dmv to get my insurance situation figured out and within 45 minutes had it solved and stricken from my record, the DMV wanted me to pay a $200 fine which I refused when I went to the DMV the first time. Michael was professional to the nth degree as was Don and the rest of the staff who got me my vehicle. I couldn't be happier that at the end of the day, I got to drive my new vehicle home after a long, hard day of dealing with the terrible DMV.

This car is exactly what I was looking for. Sporty and roomy and versatile. Drives great. Has all of the up to date features. Can’t wait to try it out in the snow
I took a long time deciding on this vehicle – searching through the crowded field of small SUV's, there was nothing I quite took a liking to – until I saw the Compass. It's a handsome tough looking fella, and the Limited version had all the amazing add-ons I wanted. It's 4x4 capability is really great, and Jeep's reputation for off-road capability seems upheld. However it lacks some driving performance. I knew this going in – that the 4-cylinder engine was a decent 180HP; but there is a clear lacking in pick-up. Very slow acceleration out of first gear. Also gas mileage has been extremely bad so far – only getting 320km out of the 51 litre tank. This may change over time as the vehicle breaks in, I certainly hope. Overall happy with the vehicle, but concerned I'm burning too much gas and am annoyed by it's low-end acceleration.
This was our second time purchasing a vehicle at Roberts. Both times we worked with Josh (Internet sales). He was amazing! Very low pressure and we had the deal done before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. The financing went super fast and we were in and out in less then a half hour! That is how all car buying should be!

I had almost 300,000 on my Jeep Patriot, 2010 model. I had no major repairs and hope the same for my Compass. When I wanted a new vehicle I already had the Jeep Compass in mind. The Compass is comfortable but I wish the cup holders were positioned better.
