2019 Jeep Compass review
I love driving this car! I have a 2019 Jeep Compass trailhawk and it has been great for my daily commuting and for my road trips! It’s a big of a gas guzzler though, the gas could be better. The Auto stop doesn’t seem to make much a difference gas wise. The only problem I had with this car was a rock in the radiator, which unfortunately is how I purchased it without the dealer noticing! When I took it to the dealer they swore up and down that nothing was wrong with it. I was furious, they kept my car for 2 days just to tell me they couldn’t detect anything.I took it to a mom and pop shop and it took them 10 minutes to tell me it was the radiator. Once I got that fixed, the car has been running fine! I love driving it, it’s off road capability is pretty impressive! It has a good amount of features as well. I also got it for a pretty low price, which is awesome!

2019 Jeep Compass review
In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

Cam was incredibly helpful in setting me up with a rental for the night and the service tech who started the repair late Thursday came in on his day off to finish the repair. I wasn?t thrilled with such a bill on a relatively new car, but Cam?s exemplary service resulted in a great service experience.

Within a short period of time Dan Hayes from Cappellino reached out to me and answered my questions as well as set me up to look at the vehicle the next day. When I met Dan I had the instant impression that he was invested in his work and that he was listening to me and understood what was important to me. We looked over and then test drove the car, then returned to the dealership to discuss next steps. Before leaving there that day, I was able to establish a price point I felt comfortable with and a trade value for my current vehicle. The General Manager, Clayton Fanning came out to see me and discuss the trade-in evaluation and we worked together to get a number we both felt a little misery and a good deal of happiness with. Dan and I agreed to meet the next day as I would bring my wife in to see the vehicle and then decide to purchase or not. We decided to purchase the vehicle and finance through GM. The entire process was easy, non-pressure filled and we both felt like we were respected throughout the process. The Finance Manager, Matt Donohue, went over everything with us but didn't try to bend our arms and push all types of add-ons onto us. He explained our options very clearly and left no doubt that we were in control of what we wanted or not. Overall it was a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from Dan and the team at Cappellino Buick/GMC Williamsville. I know firsthand how well they work FOR their customers and I can tell you that having been in the car-selling business years ago for one of their direct competitors I felt that they cared about us, like I cared about my customers.
