We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.
We searched online for cars and drove to several different dealers. We initial came in to purchase an Audi but after negotiation we settled on a BMW. All of their cars are in top shape. The first night we didn’t make a deal so we contacted our sales guy (Ronaldo) via text to discuss our options. He worked on our deal and we had our own finance in place. The deal was made and we returned to the dealer to trade in one BMW for a much newer BMW. Once we got into finance Sinbad informed us that he got us a MUCH lower rate with lower payment. I would recommend hitting Ronaldo up for a your next vehicle and have Sinbad take care of your finance.
We came to Hertz after visiting a big name dealership that disappointed us in quality and cleanliness. Hertz blew them out of the water with friendly environment and CLEAN used cars. We didn't feel like there were sharks circling us. Instead we were greeted by a salesperson and later the manager. He let us look at cars without a hassle or pressure to buy. The manager pointed out some minor touch ups that he insisted on doing before the car was sold. Overall it was an honest, friendly, and easy experience.
We purchased a used Kia Forte here, the car and salespeople were ready and expecting us when we got there, and all was handled professionally. Only nuisance was it took a while to finish prepping the care after we had signed all the paperwork, we had to wait another 30-40 minutes, but other than that, all was good.
Arlene was excellent! She was extremely professional in all aspects. The dealership was impeccable and the customer service was top notch. Arlene went above and beyond in every aspect of the car buying process! I highly recommend HB Dodge!
I worked with Product Specialist Javier Noriega in buying a 2018 Dodge Challenger RT, and he exceeded my customer service expectations. He was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and thorough - but was never pushy or dismissive. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. Javier was assisted by fellow Specialist (and ironically his brother) Gaspare Longo, who also succeeded in making this purchase easy and without the nightmares I've often heard the car-buying experience can be.
Finance Manager Michael Hanson also did an excellent job in arranging for financing for the vehicle, and I appreciated the speed and efficiency with which he conducted the transaction.
Overall my experience with Huntington Beach Dodge was excellent - easy, without pressure and one I would recommend to anyone. And, finally, this car ROCKS!
I came in after seeing a “too good to be true” offer on Facebook for a 2018 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel crewcab Laramie 4x4. After Holly showed me the beautiful truck and I drove it, we went in to the dreaded office. She clearly showed me the price and how the tax was figured after the first discount. Then the second one was applied. I kept asking her how I could get that price. Without leaving to get manager’s approval, she told me that that was the price. I took it and besides opting for a $139 gps tracker, I was not charged anymore fees or anything. I will recommend this place (andHolly) to others.
Very impressed by the variety and quality of cars which were available to purchase from Hertz. All cars had low mileage and were priced competitively lower than other used car sale dealers. The Agent was very service oriented, and not pushy. We are definitely going to purchase our next vehicle from Hertz.
It's our 14th vehicle within our family over the years from Tuttle Click - our 4th within the past 12 month! We are definitely very satisfied and loyal return customers! It was a great pleasure all around from A-Z, to purchase another new vehicle.
The staff was amazing. Flavio was a wonderful salesman and Keith in finance was very helpful and warm. They treated me like family. It was refreshing to have employees who have all worked together for a long time and were very knowledgeable and worked like a team.
Our salesmen "Andy" was wonderful. He made buying my daughter her first car a wonderful experience.
