We went to several closer dealerships before buying our Jeep from Federico. It was worth the drive. Larry Burch in sales and Devin Blazier in management were great to work with. We will go back to Federico when we need another vehicle.
Daughters car was totaled by hail and suddenly looking for a replacement. Stumbled onto hertz in stl and Tom. Great experience and price on used Ford Focus. Very accommodating as we were traveling 3 hours for purchase. Would recommend and will consider them for future purchases

Greg would reply to my questions online in a timely manner and when we arrived at the sales office he was there to greet us and show us the vehicle. This is the best car purchasing experience that I have ever had. Mar Shawn has awesome customer service. He offered us a test drive, made sure gas was in the car and helped us with my parents equipment. All of the guys in the office as a whole have a positive vibe in general. They make the customers feel good. I felt no stress while I was there and my dad felt very respected. My mother like the idea that she was offered a chair. In the beginning everything was going well and I had a great feeling for these guys. However, everything changed when I didn’t want to vehicle that they wanted to sell me. I went to trade in my car and get a newer model of the same care just with a few more options. The sales person brings me a write up with 4500,00 down and 506.00 per month. I counter offer with 2000.00 down and the sales person stated they would get back to me in the morning. The next morning came and I didn’t receive a call from anyone; 12:00 noon I called to speak with my sales person who stated he didn’t know what was the deal because he was not in the off the day I test drove the car. He then requested time to look over the application and stated that now I would need 12,000 to 14,000 down in order to do the deal. Needless to say the car was only worth 18,995.00 so I have no idea of where that math came from. However, if you going to shop here good luck because you will definitely need it.
