Excellent service. The only problem is everytime l came for service it's hard to make a turn towards service station. There's no perpendicular sign from street to guide a turn.

We had an excellent experience all staff very helpful and friendly. It's was the best experience we've had at a dealership. They are so straight and transparent about everything we've asked. By far they exeded our expectations.

I have 84,000 miles. I don’t hit rod it. I keep it below 2500 rpm unless a must pass happens (rarely). Zero issues with transmission brakes electronics heat or AC. Overland model. It has been a wonderful rig with 19 to 25 mpg. I’m 64 and hoping this and my XJ are my last rides. Both rigs are exceptional. I had a scrambler and loved it, had to have the Gladiator and my 2020 has been far better than expected !

Love this truck/Jeep! I moved from a SUV to this Gladiator and have never looked back! I have not found anything that I cannot do! If you have any sort of lift, have the fasteners checked every 30,000 miles. Just a FYI, I speak from experience.

I came to Puente Hills Hyundai after a friend recommended them, based upon his great experience a year ago. My sales associate Ferry was warm, welcoming and completely pressure-free. He was very friendly and provided me with a ton of options to explore that matched my financial means. John, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He worked with my unique trade-in situation and gave me the best deal. The other sales team members were very personable and friendly. Larry in the finance dept was also knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase. Overall I'm not sure I've ever encountered a more cohesive team that really cared about the customer as much as these guys. Definitely would recommend!!

Went to the dealership in August of 2020 to get a 2 door Willy. They did not have any and due to COVID did not know when they were getting any in. I had just purchased a grand Cherokee from same dealership about a year prior but needed a jeep wrangler as I previously owned one. They had a 2020 Jeep Gladiator sport on the showroom floor with a ton of extras (2 inch lift kit, all Fox shocks, coated bed liner, custom bed cover (hard shell), 34” all terrain tires, Matt black 18” wheels, led light bar mounted right in front of the front windshield, 2 led lights at front on either side, custom soundproofing on the inside hard shell top and I think the beefed up tow package but not sure. Within the first 2000 miles loaded a 35’ tv weighing 5800 pounds and headed out to Utah from Chicago driving through Colorado. The thing was phenomenal towing this heavy rv up and down the mountain pass on I 70. At a gas station some guy with a fifth wheel and a Ford F350 asked me what I was doing towing such a big rv with such a small truck. Kinda laughed. Saw him on the road later going up a mountain pass and blew right past him in my small truck. This truck has been nothing short of amazing. The dealership I purchased from is the best I’ve ever dealt with (Fields Chrysler/Jeep in Glenview, Il). They always have a loaner if needed. They are awesome. I bought in August of 2020 and today I have just shy of 70k miles on it and still running strong. I do not know why everyone says these things top off at 97 mph. I have gotten mine up to 110mph with a bit of room to spare. Gets to over a 100mph rather quickly. Maybe I just lucked out on a good one. I’ve read a lot of people complaining about a little water run off from the front door design. They are not wrong but you bought a freakin jeep, you’re not going to melt. Grow a set. Best vehicle I have ever owned. Best part with all the extras that came with it I got it for 49k with 15 miles on it. That same gladiator was there when I bought my grand Cherokee. I guess they were sick of it sitting on their showroom floor because back then it was listed for a tad over 60k.

I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. My best experience by far with any auto group.

Wow, cannot offer enough praise for Blackstar Offroad! Top notch used Jeep/off-road shop. Been shoping for a used Wrangler; no other dealers knew about death wobble nor offered a warranty. Additionally, at no extra cost, they fixed an oil leak - oil pan gasket and seal - and assessed for any potential death wobble issue. So many amazing Jeeps from which to choose - their lot is eye candy. Jeff couldn't have been more helpful. Despite it being far from Hollywood where I live, I knew Blackstar would be the best place from which to purchase. Highly, highly recommend!!

This might sound crazy but I bought my jeep on the gut feeling I got when I talked with JEFF and Tim. I live in Nevada so shopping was done by photo only. These two guys took the time to look for what I wanted and then we were able to negotiate a deal. As a veteran on fixed income price was very important but quality was more. These guys took care of shipping and made the experience very pleasant. Not sure if I would recommend buying site unseen unless it's from these two outstanding individuals. My first interaction with a representative from STG via cel phone did not result in a transaction that met my satisfaction. Some days later I was contacted by a different representative and things went very smoothly. Caesar Q and I reached an agreement that he confirmed by email. I drove down from San Jose with my trade in vehicle and a cashiers check and arrived well after dark. The truck was prepared and ready for me to perform a thorough inspection and test drive. I was inside, outside and under the truck and it was very clean and looked as good as it did in the photos. Caesar was a pleasure to meet and work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, he and I shared some similar interests. The paperwork went smoothly and Caesar explained everything about the process as we went along. I had an issue with my blower motor for my air conditioner making a lot of noise. The vehicle was under warranty and they inspected it and found, at least they claimed, the head of a mouse stuck inside the unit it was causing the noise. I had to leave my vehicle on a Monday before New Year's, and I received it back on Thursday. According to the repair process for most, if not all, Dodge dealers this was done somewhat expeditiously. A positive note is that I was given a rental coordinated through their in-house contracted rental company. They are also able to give me a truck to replace my truck at no cost. The service advisor, Kirk, was very good. He's been around a while and gives you accurate information. All in all it was a decent experience. But something has to be done about the long way times for repairs. I would recommend the dealer to anyone trying to decide where to take their vehicle for repair.

Buying was easy with Dom as our sales guy when we bought our Jeep! Didn’t feel rushed but did feel taken care of the entire time.
