CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I was ready with all the salesman pitches, haggling and general unplesantness that is associated with buying a car (paperwork, insurance, time, etc). But moment I walked in Kyle and Ron made me feel welcome and we were outta there with our new car in no time. We had little clerical error but they made sure that we had the that day to drive home with the best price possible (they gave the best trade-in value as well). Thanks CarMax.

Shore Motor Group review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Car Buying Experience – Shore Motor Group! Shore Motor Group made my dream come true! I am now the proud owner of a BMW 4 Series Grand Coupe, and I couldn’t be happier. Alan and Abe are absolutely first-class — they crushed the competition in the area and worked with me to get the fairest and best deal possible. From start to finish, I was treated with such respect and genuine care. The service I received went above and beyond anything I expected. Abe made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and exciting — if you go, ask for Abe! Not only do I love my car, but my commute has completely changed for the better and truly improved my quality of life. I will be referring everyone I know to Shore Motor Group. Strong recommendation — they are simply the BEST, beating any competition hands down!

Overall experience was great. The guys there are very friendly and was in and out of there with the vehicle I wanted in no time!
2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I have that car and I’m happy with it. Yes it have some problems, need some care, you can just go to speedway and fuel up it would be your last fuel up with diesel on speedway. To previous review: I bought the car with 185000 miles. After I fuel up at speedway 😁, I sen car to dealership. They replace entire emission system with brand new. No problems after that. Just fuel up at good stations, I prefer Sheetz or BP or shell. About $300 oil changes: I do my oil changes by my self: 2, 5 quart oil canisters and $25 filter and it’s don for $75. I change oil every 5k miles. About fuel filters: I do it by myself too. So 2 filters on Amazon for $17-25 and you have done it for $35-50. I change them every 20k miles.

Good communication. Several responses. Tried to negotiate on the price. Thought they were a little high. But they remained firm on the price. My online research suggested they were high. So I did not buy the car.

I purchased a used car from them and had a great experience. I had work done under warranty, and it is always easy to get in touch with the team. Even when I had follow up questions months later, they were very helpful.
