We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

After the big snow in the area, my car was impacted with snow and was off-balance. They looked at and determined that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and got rid of the impacted snow throughout the car to make it drivable, free of charge! I take my vehicle there to get my oil changes and tire rotations, helping me out in this situation meant a lot to me, and will keep me coming back!

I have that car and I’m happy with it. Yes it have some problems, need some care, you can just go to speedway and fuel up it would be your last fuel up with diesel on speedway. To previous review: I bought the car with 185000 miles. After I fuel up at speedway 😁, I sen car to dealership. They replace entire emission system with brand new. No problems after that. Just fuel up at good stations, I prefer Sheetz or BP or shell. About $300 oil changes: I do my oil changes by my self: 2, 5 quart oil canisters and $25 filter and it’s don for $75. I change oil every 5k miles. About fuel filters: I do it by myself too. So 2 filters on Amazon for $17-25 and you have done it for $35-50. I change them every 20k miles.

This truck has what I need. I needed a 4x4 vehicle in order to not get stuck in the winter and this truck will definitely help.

They worked very hard to get me the Carfax information and allowed me to take the car to the nearby Toyota dealership to check it out. Unfortunately I didn't buy the car because of expensive repairs it needed. But Luis and his boss were very helpful and nice as can be.

Chris was great. Honest and accommodating. He stayed late to help get paperwork done and was easy, not pushy at all. Although, the check wngine light did come on during the drive home, it was expected and discussed ahead of time as they were able to work on the price with me a little. They were helpful to the point of referring me to a local shop capable of providing a detailed, third party inspection...then ultimately driving it to/from the shop. There was no pressure, even when we ultimately decided this wasn't the right time to make this particular purchase. The overall experience was refreshing. I will be monitoring their inventory, as there's a good chance I'll ultimately buy my next vehicle from them.
