My salesman, Jay Soto, was the reason I bought my new Volvo. I am seventy years old and he was very patient with me. Put no pressure on my but convinced me that buying a Volvo S60 was the right decision for me. He took the deal away from Marin Mercedes by being so easy and not being pretentious. Mercedes made me feel they could take me or leave me. Not, Jay! I felt important to him.
Marin Volvo has sold us three cars over the last 20 years - and I will never go to another Volvo Dealer because their service and staff are par excellence! Am looking to buy another new SUV by year end - and will purchase from the same.
They are caring, thorough, and actually listen to their customers!!!

I was almost done with purchase with other dealer but at last stage was approched by Ashley, she offered a deal without negotiatation that was unbeatable, every step in the purchase process was easy and hassle free. Love to do business with Ashley.
A bit different than the atypical dealership being in the middle of a large and busy city, but that doesn't stop the customer service from shining through. I'd highly recommend for purchase of a new or used vehicle.
I only gave this dralership and average 3/5 mainly because of the wait. I had an appointment for 11am. I came at 1020 am and wasnt seen until about 11. So I waited almost an hour. I was also promised my car would be done before 1. I found that amusing and guess what. It was finished around 3. I also expected a complimentary carwash but I guess this honda does not do that. Somewhat disappointing but what can you do.
Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
Will and Jim made my buying process so easy with no hassle and lots of knowledge on the Jeep we were looking at. Even though we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, they all stayed behind after closing to make the deal happen as easy as possible. I buy a car at least once a year (mostly European brands) and the buying process at this dealership ranks as high as the luxury car dealers.
My co-workers recommended I speak with Will before I purchase a new vehicle. When we first met with him he was extremely professional and easy to work with. Will was straight forward and honest about the purchase. I would recommend anyone talk to Will before they purchase a vehicle. He made the experience painless and fast. Since the purchase we have contacted Will to answer a few questions for us. He promptly returned our calls even after our purchase was complete months prior!
Will Durante sold me my dream car. When I first met him I was not looking to buy a car he approached me and we talked and I told him when I was ready I would ask for him. When I was ready I told Will what I was looking for he went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. He didn:t pressure me. Will was fantastic. I also purchased a new Dodge Ram. Walnut Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is the best place to purchase a vehicle. They are very friendly and professional and they go out of their way to get you what you want. They have a great service department. I have purchased three vehicles from them and would not think of going anywhere else.
We hate shopping for new cars!!! That???s why purchasing our 2019 Bolt from Putnam GM was such a singular pleasure. Getting the price on the car we wanted was done extremely quickly over the phone and by email with Ramin Asbaghi, the Internet Manager. He is a great guy, not pushy, and easy to communicate with. And the price was the best of 4-5 dealerships we contacted. The financial paperwork with Doug took all of 15 minutes and we were on our way. As good as it gets dealing with car dealerships!
I was interested in leasing a new electric vehicle that was eligible for the RED carpool sticker. I already have an EV so the cost of leasing a Bolt to allow me to continue to use the carpool lane was critical. Tony worked many options with me to find the right combination of initial and monthly costs that supported this quality of life option. There were many 2019 Bolt EVs to choose from, several of which were Premier trim plus all the extra electronics that I value. I drove a nice new Bolt home that evening. Since Tony lived nearby he drove me back the next day to pick up my old car and saved my wife a trip across the bay ... wow.
I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.
I loved the no hassle and great price on warranties. I would recommend CarMax to everyone.
