After arriving at the dealership, Reagan approached me, and I immediately picked up on her positive vibes! As a returning customer from all the way back in 2018, I came prepared, hoping to purchase a new 2026 Jeep Wrangler. We went to the specific vehicle I had scouted out on the website, and Reagan took me out on a test drive minutes later. She was so sweet and helpful with the entire car buying/trade in process. Reagan and Nate appraised my old 2019 Jeep Cherokee and offered what I believed to be a fair amount of trade in value. They were even able to get me a better deal as a returning customer. We can’t forget about Ramon in the financing department, as he was very thorough explaining the additional options for warranties and what not. I felt educated and confident about my new purchase! Before I left the lot in my new Jeep, we noticed a small scratch on the hardtop, and Reagan immediately took action to come up with a solution to have that fixed. Years later, I still can’t recommend Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge enough! Thank you Reagan (and Nate…and everyone else who made my dream car come true!!!) for being so awesome and taking the time to create a great deal on my new ride.

Excellant Sales service from Sid and Ed the manager at East Hills Jeap Eagle dealer. I worked out the best deals for 2 Grand Cheerokee jeeps that my wife and my self just leased ! We were very happy with the outside and interior colors as well as pinstripping that we recieved as well ! The contrats were seemless and everthing was done with the insurance company and DMV for us. Due to my wifes bad knees Sales Rep Sid helped find on the internet automatic iluminated side boards that automatically extend out so as it is easier to step into the high jeep and then when you close the door these side boards automatically tuck themselves under the car. Ed the manager helped get some money back on these automatic side boards due to my wifes diability ! Again it was seemless everything went well! We have been doing business with East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Eagle dealer for the last 25 years where everyone in my family has purchased a Jeep as well as my son Jeffrey who purchased a Dodge Ram SRXcharger which my son still has after 9 years and is in perfect working order. I have always gotten personal care from the service department from Jon Piansky Kike, And Especially Anthoney the Mechanic 100 plus Highly recoment Thanks Jonathan and Tina K.

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK review
There are 4 jeep drivers in my house. We were lucky they brought back the body style of the grand cherokee wk. 2 of us drive overland model. The gc limited wk is just as nice, the 2022 has some really nice features, like when you leave truck with the key it's starts a pattern beep to let you know the keys are with you. The comfort &tight suspension is there. The grand cherokee wk is great truck. The island dealership is fabulous in staten Island. My family has bought numerous trucks there. The service department is great also. All the staff are very attentive. Great jeep & great dealership

That led me to Haag Ford even though there are multiple closer Ford dealers to me. That is when I met Michael Butts in May of 2025, and the journey began to purchasing my 2025 Big Bend Bronco. Mike was courteous, friendly, and professional from the very beginning! I will also admit I not to easiest to deal with, if pushed or felt pressured in a sale, which usually happens when making a big purchase. Mike never did that! He always listened and found answers to my questions, even if didn't know it at that exact moment. This was a drawn out process by ordering as found it was better and more economical, even though I knew would take longer to get and receive my new Bronco. Even the when there was a hurdle with with the order process, Mike was there to make sure it was fixed right, and I as a customer was happy with the solution, so the process could continue to move forward. What else can I say, other than he was amazing! Thank you Mike! What an amazing group of people at Haag Ford! Also to all that I interacted with including Justin, Andrew, and Jessie, thank for an overall great experience at Haag Ford! Truly a professional crew! No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK review
This is the third Grand Cherokee I have owned. The other 2 were 1996 and 2000. The only reason I got away from them is the gas mileage. My new 2022 is averaging around 21 mpg right now but only has 500 miles. In time it might get even better. It is getting better then my 2015 Enclave so I am pleased. I am VEARY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING THING about my new Jeep Grand Cherokee!
