I was asked when I needed my truck back, I alex for 2pm. I never got a call, and when I went to the dealership at 3pm because u didn't get a call back, I was told my recall was not done and it would be 45 minutes longer. Very disappointing the lack of communication. There service department was slow and I never got av return call. I was not able to wait so had to take my truck. I would continue to go to Ewing but they will not take the service plan I bought from freeman when I purchased my truck. Keep in mind we've purchased five trucks from freeman in the last two years.

2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
Many have had issues with electrical on this vehicle. 99% of it is loose grounds under the hood. And fully trickle charge your truck battery. We love this thing. Better than the Tahoe by far. We have the W3 with air ride. I have the hemi 5.7 and get 21 miles per gallon on the highway. You must use the the dealer to align the vehicle. Especially with air ride.

2024 Jeep Wagoneer review
I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.

Freeman Buick GMC review
I was asked when I needed my truck back, I alex for 2pm. I never got a call, and when I went to the dealership at 3pm because u didn't get a call back, I was told my recall was not done and it would be 45 minutes longer. Very disappointing the lack of communication. There service department was slow and I never got av return call. I was not able to wait so had to take my truck. I would continue to go to Ewing but they will not take the service plan I bought from freeman when I purchased my truck. Keep in mind we've purchased five trucks from freeman in the last two years.

This was probably the fourth time I had taken my 2016 Ford Explorer in for an issue. The same noise had been reoccurring for several years. It was not until John was assigned as my service advisor, that one really listened and was dedicated to resolving the issue. It is his genuine caring that separates John from the rest. It was his dedication and commitment that isolated and fixed the issue. The car now drives better than the day I purchased it. I thank you John from the bottom of my heart! You can see the shear number of people below that were involved happily. I was never told the line "we just need you to come in..." once. Everything was done my way, on my terms and I never heard the "lemme go talk to my manager" lunacy you hear everywhere else. All I was told was "sit and relax and I'll take care of that for you." I've never seen a dealership operate this way. One of the smoothest purchases I've ever had. Well done.

2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
Our family purchased a 2022 Wagoneer Series III 4WD. We drove it across country over 2600 miles through rainfall and snow to visit family in the mountains. The 360 camera view is crisp and bright. High/low beam lights have a wide span while driving, it’s easier to see at night. The brakes are sensitive, but effective. It has a 5.7L V8 engine and does well on mileage. Acceleration is great. Climate controls, media player and hands free capabilities worked great, they can sometimes be slow to make changes.The drive was comfortable, the vehicle handled very well. We even had lots of storage space for belongings. It comes with full 2nd and 3rd row seating, lots of lower car seat anchors for kids.All 5 of our kids were happy.My only complaint is the classic wood grain could only be found in the grand wagoneer.

2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
We have a 2022 Wagoneer Series II rear-wheel drive. It's got nearly 47,000 miles on it now. We absolutely love it. "Silver Zenith" exterior and the two-tone black/Baltic salt interior. 2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
I think the Wagoneer is a beautiful car. I think of the various colors, the Wagoneer looks better in white. The ride is smooth and comfortable. It has so many practical features such as the GPS system. After travelling routinely to the same place, it remembers. I love that the side mirrors turn downward when in reverse to ensure that the area is clear. Having 3 rows of seating is very helpful and passengers riding in the 3rd row have raved about the leg room. When in reverse, you are alerted that a vehicle is approaching way before the vehicle reaches you. I also liked that I could program my garage so that I don't have to get out of the vehicle. I just press the button and the garage automatically opens/closes. It has a great sound system and I just love the exterior paint. Whenever I give it a wash, it looks like showroom elegance. It also has a screen on the passenger side that you can plug your HDMi cable to watch different things. Sooooooo many features that I love on this beautiful car. Performance has been great. I have a 2022 Wagoneer so I'm not sure if the newer Wagoneer gives you more gas mileage. The amount of gas it uses would be my only set back to this vehicle but I still love my Wagoneer!
