I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee to replace my 8 year old Dodge Journey. The Deery service department had done a great job of caring for my Journey, so this was a consideration in purchasing a new vehicle. After researching vehicles the Jeep Cherokee fit the needs of my family. We were able to take my "must have" list and find the perfect vehicle. The sales people were very helpful to work with.
I had a very good experience buying my first vehicle at Deery of Ames. I bought a jeep which I am so happy about, chad had helped me pick the best car for me and helped answer all the questions that I had for him. he was so very helpful and I am glad I chose to get a car there.
I like the Jeep I purchased but salesperson kept dodging some of my questions. After I took my Jeep home I realized why. The back brakes squeal if you really step on the brake. I asked about brakes and how much wear was left on them but he kept giving me the it's gone through our safety inspection speak. Never did answer and now I know why. I most like won't recommend Deery for anything to my friends.
Went there to look at a Buick LaCrosse, and trade in my Buick Lucerne. They were very nice, attentive, I had someone help me right away. The seller wasn't pushy, gave me all the numbers I'd need, and it didn't take a long time to do any of it. When I told him I wanted to go home and sleep on it, he was perfectly fine with that, and didn't push me or anything as I've experienced in other situations.
Gave me more than fair trade value, got a good price on the car itself. All in all I was very happy with my transaction.
I was shopping for a pick-up, stopped into two dealerships and looked at their F-150, saw a advertisement from Granger Motors a lot less money for their F150. So stop in talked to Bill McAtee about an F-150, he bet the price of the other dealer, so I drove off with a F-150, no pressure to buy, it was great!!
I buy a new truck every year and this was the first time I had bought from karl Chevrolet. I have nothing but great things to say about my salesman Alex Buck and Colton my delivery coordinator. They did a fantastic job. I will be coming back next year again because of these two.
I found my Pontiac Montana sv6 online and went to see it they waited on me after hours to get there. They were super nice polite and helpful let me rest drive look at and not pressure me into it. Just gave me car fax without asking and I even came back another day with wife and 2 year old and newborn again after hours to look at again. When you reply to a car search request for more photos it behoves you too include the vehicle and the dealership identifiers in your email, before demanding identirying info from buyers. This dealer accomplished that miniimum standard. Sadly, across the board dealers are so bad at this that carmax gets 4 stars.
I absolutely love the customer service and attention to details I received at Willis Auto. We just used them to purchase a 2018 Kia Forte. I chose this vehicle because of the high miles per gallon, and everything the sales person said was true. I got 44 mpg my first week driving my new car. They also touched up a small ding I found after getting home on the roof of the car in minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car at a reasonable price!
