I was very please with the review of why I was bringing my Mazda 5 in for other than regular service. Explained my unusual symptom of the surging of the engine when foot on brake. Service jumped in behind the wheel and amazingly enough car did it in drive and neutral, and we were on our way to a solution. Was told there would be no delay to search out a part or low staffing issues with getting the car done that day. And again I was a drop in customer. Got a call about other items that were required to repair or update on my 2012 Mazda 5 pushing 90,000 miles. All was pretty standard and one repair answered why I was hearing a popping sound. Only one mishap. Picked up car before closing on a rainy day, had had wipers replaced. Left the dealer in the rain in lots of traffic. Passenger wiper was excellent. Driver's side wiper sounded like the rubber was solid and just streaked. Got home and went in to make dinner and forgot. Next day went across town for an event and same issues with wiper. Star call to thank me for choosing them and I reported about the wiper. Received a how to possibly take care of the issue as some clay preservative may be on the wiper, xxxx may be on the window. My husband check the wiper and the packing plastic blade protector was still on the wiper. All in all very happy with service and how my car is running. Would have been funny if it wasn't a rainy day. That is the reason for 4 stars, would have been a 4.75 if possible. Simple mishap, but disappointing as wiper blades were very important that evening driving home on a dark and rainy night.
I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience. I came to Shane’s to look at a car I came across online, and the moment I started talking to these guys, I knew I would be purchasing my first car from them.
They went me through my options for budget and my credit at the moment, and I had a dilemma between buying a dependable car or one that’s more enjoyable. They recommended to go with Toyota Highlander, which after hesitating a bit, I did. Shane helped me get my first car loan, which I new wouldn’t be easy with my fresh credit.
Four months later I’m so happy with this truck, drove 15K miles already all over the country, doing just regular service. I’ll need a bigger truck soon as I just bought an airstream trailer, and I’m checking Shane’s inventory regularly, as they are the only people I want to have business when buying a used car.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.
I walked in on the recommendation of a friend and truthfully did not expect to leave with anything but a status report. But a hamster dance, some ice cream, and a quick test drive later, Martin was able to answer my questions and work with me to drive away in a brand new Kia Soul! I'm still processing this; the fact that I have a brand new car and how Chris the financial advisor was able to work with me to finance the lease. The entire crew was top notch and I'm forever grateful to them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
