This dealership really gets it treating my daughter???s jeep as if she was family. Inoperable Vehicle - Fixed very quickly with regular updates

My car was have a lot of issues and was inoperable. I had my car towed to this dealership and they walked me through everything. They explained the issue and provided a firm timeline for it to get fixed and stuck to that commitment. They regularly sent me updates and did a great job ultimately solving the issue. I will definitely return for any car problems in the future.
Im writing this review to recognize the quality of service I was provided after mike insisted on me to come back after a very disappointing day first impression I decided to give them a second chance mike was very professional and friendly he had Mustafa take over I was equally impressed with Mustafa on helping me to reach a deal regardless If i was closing a deal or not they did all the right things to make me change the first impression to a much much customer friendly second impression I???m very happy that we did closed a deal thanks Mustafa and Mike
Thanks to Mike and Mustafa I had a very happy second experience at the dealer mike called me two times for me to come back after having a disappointing first impression I desided to give them a second chance and drove back my experience was great with Mustafa and mike I didn’t think we were going to make a deal but the customer service they provided me with was enough the vest part is that we made a deal friendly customer experience goes longways thanks Again Mustafa for all your help made the process much easier
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.
We drove by Midway Dodge and saw a beautiful red truck and decided to stop in and take a look at it. We came in and met with Edgar Garcia and he explained everything to us about the truck and also got us a better price! Go see Edgar for a great deal!
Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
