D'Angelo was very knowledgeable about the car and its features even though it was not a Kia brand vehicle. No pressure sales just kept me informed about the vehicle and pricing. Stefan in finance was also very professional. He explained the optional items, their cost and coverage and let me make my own decision yes or no and was not pushy on selling me additional items I had no interest in. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.

5 stars goes to the Billion Kia shop in sioux city and Jeremy Allen, the man in charge. The guy don't miss a thing. He's as sharp as they get. He diagnosis a problem or gives you a time it'll be done. Take it to the bank. He's help me with my lemon of a 2020 Sportage a few times. Last time we were able to make my extended warranty finally have to pay for repairs instead if me out of pocket all the time. You can't go wrong taking your car here for repairs. They will repair every make and model too. Some kia suv's just eat oil and have lots of problems. That is definitely my Kia Sportage. Each time I take to Jeremy at tge Kia shop and I know his men will have me up n running in no time. Most recent was an alternator. Sportage's are known for eating these alternators up. Got it back today after 3 days or so. Running great so far.

I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.
