I was very impressed by their honesty. They sent me a detailed video of the vehicle and showed its real condition, including small cosmetic imperfections. That gave me a lot of confidence. The delivery was also faster than expected. I started the purchase on Monday, and by Wednesday the car was already at my home. All the people were very nice. The deal happened very quickly. Shipment was fast. Price was in my range. biggest problem with recharge is the AI phone receptionist. She never understands what I’m saying. The car did have 1000 more miles on it than the listing when I got it. the new car could’ve used a detail. there was still a french fry in the center console, blocking the charging port for the wireless charging.

2024 Kia EV9 review
Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. 2024 Kia EV9 review
I already had an EV6 for my wife and fell in love with it. I just needed something a little bigger and wanted full EV. Since it VW been buying primarily Kia since 2007 it was a no brainer to choose the EV9. Price is still a big issue for me so I chose the Light Long Range trim. I get the best range and 98% of all the features I wanted. Unfortunately to get that last 2% would have meant going to the Land trim and that was out of my budget this time. But in getting HDA2, Digital Key 2, all the safety features, 3 rows for 6 passengers, power liftgate, etc. I’ve had mine 3 weeks and already have 2300 miles on it. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a 3 row SUV EV.

I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!

2024 Kia EV9 review
Had EV9 for a week now. I have owned lots of different SUVs -5 different MDXs, a suburban, an Infiniti QX56, an XC90T8, a Navigator, an Expedition- and so far it is my favorite of all. It drives so smooth and FAST, plenty of room- but not so big it is a hassle finding room to park like a suburban can be. The interior is nice for an EV- only EV I have personally seen with nicer interior is ETRON. I do wish interior was more refined but it is nice enough. much prefer EV 9 to the Tesla in every way. The three rows are all usable. I am thrilled to be done with the MDX 18mpg with premium fuel, this car is more fun, bigger, and saving me a ton on gas. The Semi autonomous driving is very good also.

2024 Kia EV9 review
One month into owning my EV9 and I can say I’m a happy customer, both for city use and highway road trips. The range is great, exterior design looks great, and I’ve been impressed with the technology and infotainment features. The map function is not great (I was used to the Android Automotive platform in my previous Polestar 2, which is best in class and apparently what Kia is now switching to next year) but everything else is excellent. No quality or performance issues at all - great initial build quality. Feels zippy, especially for such a large car. Plus, they have some amazing lease deals running right now, it’s an exceptional value.

After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response.
